Lush greenery in the city center (50 km from Toulouse). 120 m² detached house adjoining that of the owners. Access, parking and garden (covered outdoor terrace 20 m²) are independent.
Possibility to use the owners' swimming pool according to time slot. Charming, modern and functional furnishings. Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), living room with TV and Wi-fi. Upstairs three bedrooms with wardrobes (2 beds in 160 + 1 in 140), bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer, straightener, ironing board), WC. All shops within walking distance including supermarkets and village market on Saturdays.
Fast food (Mac Donald) plus various restaurants in the village. Déçu

Dommage que ce ne soit pas dans le parc de la maison du propriétaire. Pas de vue, déçu par rapport à la photo insistant sur l'espace de la maison des propriétaires. Accès piscine limité ! Village un peu loin de tout. Interieur bien mais vacances très mitigées !

Vacances à Cazeres

Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passés un bon séjour. Location très propre, lumineuse, très calme, bonne literie et à deux pas du centre ville et des ballades le long de la garonne. Les points faibles : l'accueil avec les propriétaires n'a pas été très chaleureux. Très mauvaise connexion internet. Aucune documentation sur la région. Canapé clic clac pas confortable pour se détendre. Et pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il n'y a aucun jeu à l'extérieur malgré un grand terrain. J'espère que mes remarques vous aideront à améliorer votre location qui reste néanmoins très bien. Cordialement

Tout s'est bien passé.

Appartement très clair, spacieux et bien aménagé, très propre, très calme. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très disponibles. Au total séjour très confortable.

Visite en famille en janvier 2020

Gîte parfaitement rénové et très propre dans lequel nous avons passé une semaine en plein hiver. Le gîte bien équipé était assez spacieux pour notre famille composée de deux adultes et quatre adolescents qui ont bien profité du bon wifi et de la télé. En résumé, je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait manquer lors d'un séjour dans ce gîte. L'accueil était chaleureux et les propriétaires sont discrets et quand même disponibles pour répondre à toute question ou demande. Le gîte est situé à la fin d'une impasse, donc à un endroit très calme, et quand même qu'à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. En résumé, l'endroit parfait pour passer un séjour bien calme proche des Pyrénées.

Pour faire bref la maison sur la photo n’est pas celle qu’on occupe pendant les vacances l’accès à la piscine est de 10 heures à midi et de 14 heures à 17h cet été pendant la canicule c’était juste impossible à 16h la mise à part cela les proprios sont très agréable

Fijn huis op een heerlijk rustige plek.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne huis. Als je dit huis boekt, moet je er rekening mee houden dat je niet de hele dag gebruik kunt maken van het zwembad. Het is overigens wel een heerlijk zwembad en op warme dagen een aangename verkoeling. Volgens de advertentie spreken de eigenaren Engels en Frans, maar dit bleek dus niet het geval. De eigenaren spreken alleen Frans. Dit was voor ons wel even lastig, maar gelukkig is er Google translate! Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt dus echt vakantie. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanbevelen. Jacques en Marylaure, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Location agréable et confortable

Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison spacieuse et confortable. La maison est très propre, bien équipée, la literie est confortable avec de grands lits dans chaque chambre et de bons placards. L'endroit est très calme et reposant pour se ressourcer. La piscine est agréable aussi. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et discrets. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette belle région malgré un temps un peu mitigé. Je vous recommande cette location.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines durant cet été 2016 dans ce gîte impeccable et neuf. L'accueil des propriétaires est parfait, la décoration de très bon goût, la maison est super bien équipée. La piscine et le bbq ont fait la joie de nos 2 enfants ados ! En outre, une situation très calme au cœur d'un village très accueillant. La région est riche en découvertes sans l'affluence d'un tourisme de masse. Que du positif ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir...

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce gîte impeccable et neuf. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, la décoration de très bon goût, la location super bien équipée. A REFAIRE SANS HESITATION

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (3 couples et un enfant) pour les fêtes de fin d'année dans cette maison décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Grand jardin fermé attenant très appréciable : permet le stationnement des voitures et grand espace pour les enfants.

Location calme, fonctionnelle, neuve et moderne. Des propriétaires très avenants tout en restant discrets, soucieux de faire plaisir à leurs hôtes (on a beaucoup apprécié les tomates du jardin, piscine privatisée avec les transats toujours prêts, ...). Enormément de choses à faire à moins de trois heures de voiture. Région très culturelle. Toulouse à une demie heure. Nous avons adoré!!

Accueil chaleureux. Spacieux, très fonctionnel et tout neuf ! Tout est compris. La piscine est un joli plus pour les beaux jours. Commerces et activités proches. La région est propice aux ballades et découvertes et près de tout.
