Lush greenery in the city center (50 km from Toulouse). 120 m² detached house adjoining that of the owners. Access, parking and garden (covered outdoor terrace 20 m²) are independent.
Possibility to use the owners' swimming pool according to time slot. Charming, modern and functional furnishings. Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), living room with TV and Wi-fi. Upstairs three bedrooms with wardrobes (2 beds in 160 + 1 in 140), bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer, straightener, ironing board), WC. All shops within walking distance including supermarkets and village market on Saturdays.
Fast food (Mac Donald) plus various restaurants in the village. Various nearby activities: Cinema - Indoor boules court and Tennis nearby - Garonne health course - Nautical base - Fishing - Heated outdoor municipal swimming pool - Martres-Tolosane pottery - Visit to the "Gaulois village" - Casino and spa at Salies-du-Salat . ...  At the foot of the Pyrenees: Half-moon leisure park - Thermal leisure center in the Luron valley - Ski resorts ..... - two hours and twenty minutes from the beaches (Mediterranean or Ocean)
