2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath.
Cosy living room with fireplace, reversible air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

THE GARDEN
3 000 m² of tree-lined, fully enclosed and secure grounds.
Private pool, private jacuzzi, guinguette-style chalet, covered terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue, private parking.
BBQ, table tennis, games for all ages.

IN SUMMER
Enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and large garden in complete peace and quiet. Dine outdoors, go hiking, mountain biking, canoeing or kayaking. Visit Toulouse, Carcassonne and local markets.

Fully equipped — hob, oven, microwave, complete crockery and utensils.
