Welcome to Beach Music Rental Houses. This beautiful home is direct beachfront on the Gulf, boasting over 100' of private beach.
When you've had enough fun in the sun on the private beach, take a dip in the beachfront pool or hang out in the shaded, sandy area under the house and watch the kids play while you grill out.
This house is half of a duplex so there are two identical houses in this building. We have another identical duplex right beside also that shares the large pool in front.

We enjoyed the house. It was “as advertised”, had plenty of room, was reasonably quiet (especially considering the large party next to us). The pool was nice, good walkway to the beach. I would easily consider staying here again.

Quick spring break trip to the beach.

Beach Music 1 is steps from a private beach. The place is very roomy. The kitchen is well appointed. Close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Vacation

Every year we find a house on the beach with a pool. This place accommodate 10 adults very easily. 4 adults used the bunk beds with no issues. Access to the beach and pool was great. We had no issues to speak of and the weather was great. Thanks for a great week.

We have stayed on this property a couple of times now and will be back. Great amenities in the house. We cooked many meals and found everything we needed. Great access to beach. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient this home is to everything! I highly recommend! The upstairs air went out as we were all getting showers and getting ready for beach pictures, maintenance just happened to be on the property and had it going within 30 minutes. The bedroom layout was great, with plenty of separation.

Perfect vacation home

My friends and I took our kids to the beach, and we all had a blast! Our ages ranged from 10 years old to adults. We loved being right on the beach. The pool was great too. The beach house had everything we could need. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals for our group. We would love to visit again sometime.

Beach VACA 2024

Our accommodations were just great for 3 adult couples and 2 young children! The access to the beach was easy(we had a wagon for sand toys) and hired the beach service next to us to set up umbrellas everyday for use! The duplex shares a deck -we did not have neighbors in our duplex but it would be close quarters if we had! It would be great to rent with another family and share the deck space with family or friends! Deck furniture could use an upgrade for sure but the rest of the condo was just great! The deck overlooks the pool which is super convientent. Property managers were very responsive and so nice! I would highly recommend for an Orange Beach Vacation!

Beautiful place!

This place exceeded all my expectations! I absolutely loved the property and couldn't have asked for anything more. The pictures don't do it justice. There is so much more room in this house than what we thought, we were just blown away! There was eleven family members staying in this house and we weren't cramped at all and had plenty of space to play games, sit out on the deck or sit poolside. My schedule had cleared unexpectedly and I had asked the owners if it was possible to check in a day early and they said that we could no problem so we were able to start our beautiful vacation a day early and I was so very grateful that we were able to. I appreciate everything! Highly recommend!

This property was a great location and mostly good. However, there were 3 things that, in my opinion, need attention - the dinning table could only seat 6 when it should have sat 10 due to the ridiculous saw horse legs; the downstairs bedroom door window was missing its blinds; and the palm tree outside blocked the view of the beach. The refrigerator died while we were there but the property managers were on it and replaced it that night. They also provided pool floats and beach toys. Some sort of shade at the pool would have been nice.

This property is ok, it really needs a little TLC, and updating. Repairs, kitchen equipment, etc.

The process of the renting was a great experience. No complaints. However I was disappointed in the condition of the property, it just needs an update. The tile was cracked in multiple places, the furniture a little shabby and the linens…well just low budget. The kitchen was not well equipped either. Location was perfect. I do understand the problems that go along with rentals, as I have multiple myself. However if you want repeated quality renters—-I would consider updating the property.
