Holiday Hill Resort "The Captain's Cottage" Unit 720

The Captain's Cottage is where it all started. Back in the late 1940's my grandparents and great grandparents bought this home and the vision of Holiday Hill came to be. This historic cottage features a Master bedroom with King bed and in room full bath. The other side of the home features a second bedroom with a second full bath just outside the door complete with washer and dryer as well for longer stays. In the living space the sofa pulls out into a memory foam queen. In the foyer area, two large arm chairs pull out into two twin beds perfect for the kids.

This home features a very large kitchen complete and ready to cook large meals in. A full dining table accompanies a smaller breakfast nook. In addition there is a private back patio facing the forest. In the front yard you have a beer garden with corn hole or "bags." For the cooler fall nights there is a fully functioning gas fireplace.

The rentals at Holiday Hill sit atop a dune with a commanding view the Kalamazoo River and the city of Saugatuck. The Sundeck and pool area provide front row seats for leisure summer days watching boats on the river while catching the rays from the sun. The hilltop offers a retreat from the bustle of summer yet is merely steps away from the chain ferry to town shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. Morning coffee on the Sundeck as the town awakens is as magical as evening cocktails and conversation under the stars. Holiday Hill is family owned and operated and has been in the Masters family for four generations! In fact all of us have spent years living on the property and now very close by! We pride ourselves on meeting our guests and insuring your stay is as special as the property is to us. We partner with the lovely neighboring Beachway resort to provide front desk and concierge service!
