This spacious home has been completely renovated inside and out and boasts over 1600 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, and tiger hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each bathroom offers double sinks with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. You can relax outside on the patio or deck and enjoy the peaceful garden and water fountain. This home is clean and tastefully decorated throughout. The Shoebox Cottage is in a location of envy! You’re within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and the harbor. If you are looking to keep active, walk to the historic Chain Ferry, cross the Kalamazoo River and walk to Oval Beach. Oval Beach is noted as one of the top ten beaches in the United States. If you are looking to relax and see the sights take a ride on the Star of Saugatuck, the Harbor Duck, Dune Rides or winery tours. All offer a wonderful experience.
