large 3 bedroom unit with free beach parking at owners beach lot included during your rental stay. Unit has 2 king beds, 1 queen bed , sleeper sofa, large kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom with tub/shower , Wi-fi , cable and flat screen tv's in every room. Linens and towels included. Off street parking. Non smoking. Enjoy our central air conditioning on those hot muggy days and nights. Relax in our large yard with outside seating and barbecue. 2 units available for multiple large groups. Convenient location to the beach and downtown. 7 night minimum for July and August. Off season rates available. Deposits are non refundable. Final payments are nonrefundable. MC/Visa/Discover/Amex accepted. Check-in time 3:00. Check-out time 10:00 am.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR BEACH LOVERS AND GOLFERS!

This was a perfect place for a family with active teens whereby some love the beach and others love to golf! Both within minutes! Spacious accommodation with a/c made this a perfect home when it was time to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommended with a great owner that made this a seamless stay!

Perfect summer getaway!

Absolute one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. First - the place is modern, well equipped, and SPOTLESS! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The private beach parking brings you right up to the beach. There’s plenty to do in town, at the beach, or a short ride to Portland. Jill was a great host and I hope to rent from her again.

Nice stay

The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Beds are so comfortable. The place is quiet. The parking permit near the beach was very useful since it takes 12 minutes to walk there and 30 minutes to the Pier. The discovery of the neighborhood during walks with the dogs was a nice surprise during this short stay.

Better than expecting

Place was great. The rooms were big and brught for a family of 5. Smells nice and clean upon arrival The parking near the ocean while a little tight in a full size truck, it was clutch to keep a bigger cooler near the ocean. The owner was attentive to my questions and very easy to work with. Highly recommend

Great location and VERY clean

This was the cleanest rental home I have stayed in by far. The location was GREAT. It was walking distance to everything we were interested in seeing at OOB (beach and pier). Walking to the beach would probably be about 15 minutes, but the pass Jill provided was appreciated and you are right there so no worries about walking after having sand on your feet. :) The neighborhood was quiet, and no concerns with walking outside in the morning or afternoon/evenings. The 3 bedrooms all have their own AC control which was perfect for us as we have some that like it warmer than others. The kitchen was fully stocked. Things to bring as no personal items are provided: blow dryer, shower items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a mirror. There is only one mirror in the house and it is in the one bathroom. Traveling with 3 other women made it challenging to shower and then get ready in our rooms. Overall I would recommend this home to anyone going to OOB. Jill was a great host and very responsive.

Outstanding property !

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was in working order and the entire house was spotlessly clean ! The owner, Jill, obviously takes great personal pride in her rentals. She’s always available for any questions .... and is a very friendly and personable lady. This property will be our first choice for a vacation rental in Old Orchard Beach. No need to look further; I doubt you’ll find anything more comfortable, clean and convenient at the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great first stay in Maine

This was our first time vacationing in Maine and it was such a positive experience we intend to rebook next year. Perfect in so many ways! Short walk to the beach, like new, and nice outside area. A/C came in handy because temps got into the 90’s during our stay. Only only slight issue was one bathroom for 8 people.

Great Location

Jill was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Free parking at the beach and the beach is only a 5 minute walk to the house. Downtown OOB is about a 15 minute walk and very doable. The house was perfect for all of us, 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. Will rent again next year.

Enjoyable stay a short distance from the beach.

Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and very up to date. The listing and description was accurate. The grill is nice to have but it’s important to know that it is right next to the entrance of both properties with a second grill just feet away. Not an issue but good to know if you are expecting privacy and difficult to tell from the photos. Free beach parking was a huge bonus. We used it everyday whether going to the beach or the area around the peer. Hannaford is a close drive and Biscuits & Company, Bite Into Maine, and The Holy Donut are must tries. Book with confidence, you won’t be disappointed.

Very pleasant

The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The area is a nice quiet neighborhood. I even got to meet Jill and she was an amazingly pleasant person. Will definitely be stating with her again.
