Enjoy summer evenings with al fresco dining with grill, tables, chairs. Get the graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate ready to make your smores over the fire pit and enjoy the warmth of the fire during cooler evenings. Two off street parking spots available for you just across the street! Home comes equipped with mini split units in each bedroom and living room allowing you flexibility to control the temperature in each individual room. Outdoor shower and foot bath to rinse off when coming back from a day at the beach.
