Wow - what a great place to stay in Moab! The house was beautiful inside and out. The view was breathtaking but the absolute best was star gazing while soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely return to this property, loved it!

This is a very clean place and only a few miles from everything in Moab! Having a bathroom for each bedroom made the stay even better!!

Unfortunate disappointment

The location was great. Property is as-descrived and the Communication was excellent. The cons were trash left behind by previous guests and visible sign of mouse infestation, including traps in every room and droppings in numerous places.

Great location!

This was a great place for our family. Close to Canyonlands & Arches National Parks. Stop at the Food Truck Park for a great meal. The door lock was challenging due to a 10 digit ode that needed to be entered very quickly. Never worked for us. Fortunately the online rep was able to give us the key code for the optional physical key. Other than the lock challenge, the place was perfect.

Spacious and Comfortable

After a long day at the parks it was great to come home to a comfortable, spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. The bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and cozy. I would stay there over a tiny hotel room anytime. The management company was easy to get through to and addressed all concerns & questions effectively.

The neighborhood was nice and mostly quiet. The property itself showed normal wear and tear. Our biggest issue was mice. While sitting in the living room, we saw them running across the room and they managed to get into our snack bag that was on the kitchen counter. I was not prepared to be picking up after rodents while on vacation in what was described as a luxury condo with limited cleaning supplies so we bought our own. I should have taken the previous reviews regarding this more seriously. The extra parking for our truck and trailer was convenient. I hope the mice problem is resolved as it the only thing that would keep me from booking here.

Desert Family getaway

My family enjoyed our stay at Rim view. It was the perfect floor plan for our family with littles. They loved the bunk beds. Although it is a bit south of town, it is right off of 191 so easy to make trips into and around Moab. We especially loved the hot tub after a full day of activities.

Perfect Moab rental

The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out situated right next to a stunning ridgeline. Well appointed and equipped, exceeding expectations. The home was just 15 minutes from downtown Moab, and while it's just off the highway is was very quiet. Excellent communication from pre to post-trip. Had one minor mechanical issue and the management company had someone address it within hours. Highly recommend rental.

Great Rental Just South of Moab

One sentence: My wife loved this place, and she does not like most vacation rentals. Details: - Beds are very comfortable - Kitchen was REALLY well appointed for a rental - Large 2 car garage - You don't need to bring much: They included dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup removal wipes; which were a nice touch - Tons of room in the living area - Rooms are all large - Nice back patio w/grill - Extra blankets, towels and towels for the hot tub are provided - ~12 minutes into downtown Moab (we did not mind that at all) - Seeing the canyon rim every day is pretty awesome - Great spot for stargazing

Perfect for a family stay.

After sifting through dozens of options in the same price range we settled on this property. The place was clean, furnishings were like new, in a great location, and the perfect size for the family to all have some space. We had a few small issues pop up that were handled promptly and professionally by the listing service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful House with Great Views

Nice modern house. Backs up to a beautiful red cliffside. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after hiking all day. Check out the Ken's Lake trail within a mile of the house. You are about 10 minutes to downtown Moab, and 20 to Arches.

The home was clean, stocked and as it was listed. Like most corp owned homes it had very little in the pantry so bring your own seasonings etc. Loved the hot tub and the evening view of the canyon. We would book again if in the area

Very Comfortable

Clean and convenient location. Close to Moab attractions and Arches National Park. Only complaint is home is close to highway and truck noise was pretty loud in front two bedrooms. No problem for heavy sleepers.
