Enjoy the newly furnished main floor master suite with private access to the back patio and Bullfrog hot tub/spa. The upstairs master has it's own en-suite bathroom as well and a private balcony offering great views of Moab Rim. The open main living area offers tall vaulted ceilings and a loft looking down into the living room.

The main living area is a great place to gather around the gas fireplace in the late evening after a wonderful day out on the red rocks, cook up a fabulous meal in the well-appointed kitchen and discuss where your next adventures awaits.

You will also love the convenience of the attached, 2 car garage and driveway for your gear and toys. Conveniently located and directly adjacent to the unit is a 70' X 20' community parking area for trailers and is available on a first come basis.

Moab Vacay

Great house with more than enough room for a large family… Close to all of the Moab attractions. With as hot as it gets in Moab during the Summer, the air conditioning in the house was a lifesaver! Would recommend, for sure!

Really enjoyed the hot tub! Could use a railing on the hot tub steps (I'm old). The upstairs collected the heat and then couldn't cool the freeway-facing rooms by opening windows because it was too loud to sleep-- we should have kept those doors closed I guess. Otherwise, terrific!

A fantastic property in the magical place of Moab. The place was in great shape with tons of room and accommodations for my seven family members. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms work well and were clean. The hot tube is a big bonus after hard days of activity and a great view of the stars. I liked that it was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet neighborhood for a night of sound sleep. Cannot recommend it enough.

Moab was fabulous. Property was pretty good.

It was pretty good. Unit was well stocked, but it’s a little outside of town. It’s not far from anything, but it’s definitely not walkable to anything. Host was great, and unit was nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Hiking the Parks

My family stayed here for a few days to hike the parks. This place was a good base with plenty of room. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after hiking or before starting out in the morning. The owners were extremely prompt at answering. This place is a little south of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab which is what we wanted.

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed our time there very much. Everything there was as good as you could want the only thing that was missing was a Keurig coffee maker but I unintentionally left mine there now it has one. Would definitely stay there again.

We started coming to Moab over a 2 decades ago. It quickly became our favorite place on earth. Four children and a few RZR's later we still look forward to every opportunity we have to visit this awe-inspiring place. Our favorite thing to do in Moab is riding RZR's and dirt bikes through the world-famous slick rock trails and taking Sunday walks through picturesque Arches National Park. We hope Moab quickly becomes your favorite place too!
