Facing the harbor, nice 45m² apartment on the 1st floor, comfortable, very bright and quiet 1 bedroom with balcony, living room with open kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, bathroom, separate toilet, electric shutters.
Equipment: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, TV.
