About this property

Charming house right by the sea with veranda

L'Amazone, a small century-old house facing the sea in the charming village of Ault Onival.

Aperitif at sunset in veranda then cocooning evening by the fire. You will see seals, greenbeams, migratory birds or even a porpoise under your windows. The storm also ensures the spectacle!

Everything is thought to feel good winter and summer.


Entrance into the dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Cupboards and fridge at your disposal.

Living room with wood stove, library-bench and veranda with seaview. Perfect for aperitifs at sunset or by the fire ...

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and separate WC.

Extra sleeping in the living room or bedroom as needed (futon new 130 x 200 from early July, 2 individual mattresses 80x200 to distribute in the rooms or futon 160x200 in the living room in the meantime).

Please provide bed linen.

However, we can propose it for 10 € per bed (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase), to be specified before booking in order to organize at best.

I supply basic spices, cleaning products, toilet paper etc.

The house awaits its first guests. All the spaces proposed have been redone recently. The house is under renovation and will regularly offer new equipment and improvements, so do not hesitate, I'm listening to you.

Departures are normally at noon to allow time to clean before the next guests. But if no one succeeds on the same day, we can shift the departure time without problem :)

Charmant ingericht authentiek en schoon huis op een mooie locatie aan zee. Wij waardeerden de uitgebreide keukenuitrusting, de lichte serre met zeezicht en de nabije toegang tot zee en strand.

Super Unterkunft in einem jener alten Häuser, die Ault so charmant machen. Von jedem Fenster gibt es einen Blick aufs Meer. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

très belle maison confortable

La cuisine est parfaite pour cuisiner, très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Le point fort est la véranda vitrée, d'où l'on peut profiter d'une magnifique vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dès le premier jour.

Ein schönes altes Haus mit Charme mit direktem Meerblick. Von innen neu renoviert, schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben erholsame und schöne Tage dort verbracht. Der Ort Ault ist auch sehr nett, nicht so überlaufen, er liegt sehr schön an der Felsenküste und es ist alles dort, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war überaus nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Er hatte außerdem viele tolle Tipps zusammengestellt. Wir haben direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht!

Une maison familiale de rêve

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette maison de rêve idéalement située en bord de mer. Les photos mises en ligne sont en tout point conformes avec la maison. D'entrée de jeu on se sent bien dans cette maison. On rentre par une grande pièce qui fait office de salle à manger - cuisine aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est très très bien équipée, tant en termes de vaisselle que d'ustensiles de cuisine et ce même pour les cuisiniers les plus exigeants ! Elle est chauffée par un poêle à pellets qui lui donne tout son charme et permet une chaleur enveloppante. La pièce se prolonge par un beau séjour et une véranda donnant sur la mer. Le séjour est confortable et quoi de mieux le soir que d'allumer le poêle à bois et de profiter du feu en regardant la mer. Deux poêles donc dans cette maison, quel bonheur ! A l'étage, on accède à deux chambres bien équipées et aux lits confortables. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et la douche à l'italienne très agréable.Le propriétaire est vraiment très très sympathique, toujours très disponible et attentionné. Nous louons très souvent par ABRITEL et cette maison familiale et chaleureuse mérite clairement sur notre podium. Enfin, aucun problème de parking, très peu de passage routier devant la maison et une vue magnifique et inoubliable. En un mot une maison familiale de rêve ....

Très beau logement, confortable et lumineux.

Séjour très agréable, très bel environnement et maison très bien équipée, très propre. La vue de la véranda est simplement splendide. Tout était parfait. Merci à la dame qui nous a accueillis pour sa gentillesse et merci à Monsieur Avendis qui par téléphone a toujours pris le temps de répondre à nos demandes, et s'est toujours inquiété de notre bien être. Un logement à recommander sans hésitation.

Ruhiges Kleinod

Wunderbares Kleinod direkt an der Küste ( und mit direktem Blick auf das Meer vom Küchentisch aus) gelegen. Wir ( zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager) waren eine Woche über Ostern dort. Sehr ruhiger Ort, lädt zu Spaziergängen und Gedanken schweifen ein. Sehr, sehr netter Vermieter, Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt und alles war exakt wie beschrieben. Problemloses ein- und auschecken. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und Auto kann direkt vorm Haus stehen. Zudem zahlreiche Tips im Begleitschreiben, wirklich gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub für uns . Herzlichen Dank und bestimmt mal wieder !

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren in den Herbstferien im Anschluss an einen Parisurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wollten ein bisschen die Seele baumeln lassen und das ist uns in dieser Ferienwohnung mehr als gelungen. Es war alle perfekt. Die Lage ist einzigartig mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren überaus herzlich und es wurde sicher gestellt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Sogar Blumen standen zur Begrüßung bereit und die Mutter des Vermieters schaute zwischenzeitlich nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos möglich, da er perfekt englisch spricht. Wir denken oft und sehr gerne an den Urlaub zurück, da uns die Herzlichkeit - auch der Bewohner des Ortes - begeistert hat. Einen besseren Ort zum Ausruhen und Entspannen kann man sich kaum vorstellen.

Gemütlich mit sensationeller Aussicht

Wir haben hier gemütliche ruhige Herbsttage verbracht, sensationelle Aussicht aus dem kleinen Wintergarten. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, parken direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße möglich.

Une vue imprenable sur la baie de Somme

La maison est idéalement située , à mi-chemin entre le centre-ville et l'accès à la grande plage . La vue panoramique est incroyable , la maison très fonctionnelle , une place de parking réservée en face de la maison et enfin un accueil personnalisé : c'était parfait !
