Modern, large, & art filled downtown townhouse in Chicago's happening RiverWest neighborhood. 3000+ sq ft 4-bedroom 3.5 bathroom modern home on five levels. Everything is new, beautiful, and waiting for you.

1-minute walk to blue line station at Chicago Ave, + buses everywhere. Located in a great neighborhood - RiverWest. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, the blue line, & great restaurants nearby. Fulton Market / West Randolph St. 10 minute walk.

Home has amenities of million dollar property. 5-floors of luxury. Privacy & Security. Gourmet kitchen 4-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 12/14. We recently added two new sleeper sofas for added flexibility for our guests.

Our host was super friendly, accommodating and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house has multiple levels so, for guests with limited mobility, it was a challenge to get from one floor to another. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance (The Dawson & LaScarola). Overall we enjoyed our stay with our family of 9 during the holiday season.

Several friends and my self stayed for 2 nights. We all came from different states and were in town for the cowboy’s game. We all were pleasantly surprised at how well kept the property was. Everything that we needed was provided. The owners were quick to respond to any questions i had and very willing to help. I would be very happy to be able to stay there again

We stayed at the property for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was very nice and the host was so accommodating! The coffee maker was also a big plus. Highly, highly recommend for a large group! Great stay!

Great location and very accommodating

Just finished a stay at this pristine property. Cary the owner of the property was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our travel needs. The property is located in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of short ride share rides. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again when coming back to visit Chicago.
