Great Location

Condo is in a desired location,easy access to downtown. We enjoyed all the amenities offered in Canyon Sands and would love to return.

Quiet area

Spacious and private. Very safe area. Quiet. We had trouble getting hot water, but if it ran and wasted water for about 5 minutes, it does get hot. You won't be disappointed with the area ....just far enough from downtown to be super quiet, but an easy drive into the main part of the city.

Canyon Sands Condo

I enjoyed staying in this condo which is in a desired area of Palm Springs, and is clean and very affordable. The floor plan of this unit is very well thought out. A great room which includes a large kitchen, dining, and living area. One master bedroom with it's attached bathroom. Also a secondary bedroom and bath. All rooms have sliding glass doors to private patios. I had friends visit me for a couple of days and they were impressed with this condo. I would definitely rent this unit again!
