This bright, private casita-style home features wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor garden patio with a grill. Nestled in Canyon Sands, it spans 1180 sq ft, offering a main bedroom with an ensuite, a guestroom, and a guest bathroom. Guests enjoy access to seven salt-water pools, spa areas, tennis, and pickleball courts across this beautifully desertscaped community. Located in a quiet area far removed from Palm Desert Drive. Experienced host now on Airbnb. Welcomes pets.

Living Room: The living room includes a large comfortable sofa and chairs to watch cable TV. The dining space has six-person seating.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and serviceware for home cooking.

Outdoor amenities: The home has a private entertaining patio. The garden patio has a propane grill for outdoor dining. The garden patio has secondary access to a nearby shared pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts (all open subject to COVID protocol). These are wonderful spaces to enjoy the Palm Springs weather.

Really nice condo.

Beautiful way to enjoy a California winter. 2 private courtyards and a very short distance to a beautiful pool and spa. Condo was very nice an well equipped.

Delightful condo

Very nice condo that fit our visit perfectly. Very clean well stocked with all kitchen appliances and gadgets. Pool and hot tub close. Pool was not heated however. Close to golfing. Only negative was shower pressure in Master was low, so we took all showers in the 2nd bath. That was disappointing. Overall great stay😀
