The apartment in the central area is convenient to the main attractions (Juliet's Balcony 5 minutes walk) Very quiet, with a covered terrace on the top floor overlooking the courtyards, equipped with a large kitchen and all the amenities. Located in the University area, it is also perfect for those attending conferences, masters and university events.
DISCOUNTS are made for weekly stays.
Verona has a Tourist Tax: € 2.5 / person / night (5 nights max) to be paid in cash upon check-in.

In the area served by buses, it is also convenient for professionals participating in Veronafiere (Vinitaly, Fiera Cavalli, Motor Bike, Art Verona etc.) and cultural events.

'The Terrace on the Courtyard' is in an ancient palace building with lift and a large staircase. It enjoys a great location in the area served and this makes the car unnecessary and is convenient for performances at the Arena or the Roman Theater.
Outside the ZTL area (limited car traffic) is easy to reach by car and close to all services and allows you to move comfortably to the main tourist attractions around Verona, Lake Garda, Gardaland, Valpolicella (wine route) and Lessinia (mountains and ski slopes). Nearby there is a railway station for day trips to Venice.

Parking: Free Stalls from 20.00 to 8.00. Underground parking "Università" to 300 meters. Guarded garage, 24-hour, in the immediate vicinity. Outdoor parking 5 minutes walk with small daily fee.

The apartment has a large living area with parquet flooring, a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious double bedroom with a desk, a walk-in closet and direct access to the terrace.
EXTRA charges: Final cleaning / laundry (€ 30.00) are to be paid only once, regardless of the length of stay, and must be paid in cash at check-in (associated with the Tourist Tax)

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with: heater, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine. In addition, a hair dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, coffee maker, toaster are provided.

We provide bed linen and towels with possible weekly change (for a fee) for stays longer than 7 nights.

Lovely apartment

Elisa, the host, was lovely and extremely helpful. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the terrazzo. A short walk into the centre of Verona. Verona card very good value - gets you into all of the main galleries etc we loved it!!

Perfect!

Very nice, clean, small and cozy apartment, aprox. 20 minutes walk away from the centre. Elisa was the nicest host ever, taking time to explain everything, offering good eating and shopping advices and even taking us by car to the next bank. If we ever come back to Verona we'll definetly stay 'par Elisa'.

This appartement is literaly 5 minutes walking from the old town. It is perfect for two and ok for 4 , the master bed room is lage and with a very confortable bed. The leaving open on the kitchen is perfect size. The kitchen has all you need , even a filter coffee machine. The balcony allow you to take a boll of fresh air....if it not to hot out side. Clean - Clean - clean and homy decor ; It on the third floor , without a a elevator..... The owner , she's perfect too , giving us good tip on the city and place to see or not to see, If we go back to Verona , will be back at the appartement. Were 50 yold , and always visit in appartement

Schöne Wohnung in Verona

Sehr schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung , in guter Lage. Bus, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Schön ist der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Innenhof hin gelegen. Elisa ist eine sehr liebe, freundliche Vermieterin, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat und sich wirklich um uns gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Attractive top floor apartment with terrace

An attractive and comfortable property. The terrace is an inviting space for meals — with a welcome breeze and a view over rooftops. Located in the university district near a bridge into the central area. Local area is quiet and adequate for shopping. Excellent value overall, and the owner is very helpful.

Wonderful

Cozy little apartment with everything you could need and just outside the tourist area. All the sights of Verona were easily within walking distance. Elisa was extremely helpful and answered all our needs, even helping book an early morning taxi to the Airport. This is an excellent location and I'd book it again 100%.

Excellent location away from the tourists but close to town

We had a great stay at Elisa's apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet and just a short walk from the old town and the main sites. Elisa was very hospitable and helpful to us during our stay - holding a parking spot for us on arrival, being flexible about check in and check-out. The apartment has everything you need for doing some of your own cooking without having to get extra provisions you won't use. And she gave us a good overview on the map to help us orient ourselves to the neighbourhood and navigate easily. Thank you Elisa!

Eine der schönsten und am besten ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen, die wir jemals hatten! Geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es gibt wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung hat viele Vorzüge, z. B. einen wunderschönen grünen und überdachten Balkon und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank! Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Verona. Man erreicht die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten und kann auf dem Weg dahin in einer der netten Bars des von der Universität geprägten Stadtviertels Veronetta einen schnellen Espresso oder am frühen Abend einen entspannten Aperitivo trinken. Auch den Bahnhof, von dem aus Regionalzüge u. a. nach Vicenza und Venedig fahren, erreicht man bequem zu Fuß. Die außerordentlich nette und herzliche Vermieterin Elisa hat für ihre Feriengäste viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants und bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung sogar an solche Details wie Sitzkissen für die Steinstufen in der Arena gedacht. Außerdem konnten wir während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthalts Elisa einige Male ganz unkompliziert erreichen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können diese wunderschöne Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten, wenn wir uns in Verona aufhalten.

Excellent apartment for getting to know Verona

We had a very enjoyable time in this clean and well equipped apartment.The terrace was a real bonus during the heatwave we experienced.An easy walk to the centre:Verona is a great city to explore and use as a base to visit other towns and Lake Garda.

Delightful apartment, excellent host

This was a beautiful, clean apartment with every amenity including jams and juice. The owner, Elisa was on top of everything, an excellent communicator and even had our husband save us a parking spot in front of the property. We will definitely try to rent this place on our next trip to Verona.

Feel at home in Verona

Es hat uns rundum gefallen: Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und die Terrasse war genau richtig, um an warmen Abenden ein Glas Wein zu trinken ! Appartamento d'atmosfera con vista

Appartamento molto accogliente in bel contesto in una zona servita e a due passi dal centro storico. Pulitissimo e attrezzato con più di ciò che si può chiedere, la proprietaria, simpatica e disponibilissima, ci ha fatto anche trovare mappe personalizzate con le attività commerciali della zona, con le indicazione per i parcheggi, i ristoranti suggeriti e i numeri per il Taxi. indicazioni e orari di partenza dei treni(veramente convenienti!) per andare a Venezia...e ne abbiamo approfittato. Consigliamo l'appartamento anche per soggiorni lunghi: il letto è comodissimo, la biancheria di qualità. C'è una scrivania per poter lavorare, il wi-fi veloce, la tv e persino uno stendino per asciugare la biancheria! La parte più bella comunque è il terrazzo con vista sui cortili; per fare la colazione o godersi il silenzio bevendo un Valpolicella.

Great apartment, great host, great value!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful month in this apartment. It was our home away from home while we explored Verona and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. It was so pleasant to sit on the terrazza, knitting or reading, watching people come and go in the courtyard, and hearing the birds sing. We prepared most meals at home, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Dishwasher and clothes washer worked well and are indispensable for a longer stay. Bed is was very comfortable. Hot water and plumbing worked well. Note that there are stairs to reach this top floor apartment, but we managed them just fine. A special note about the host, Elisa - she went above and beyond to help us, a true friend. My husband needed emergency surgery towards the end of our trip, and he had trouble walking and couldn't lift any weight. Elisa personally made sure that we got to the train station and had boarded our train as we were leaving. Elisa's apartment is out of the crowded hustle and bustle, yet only a 10-15 minute walk from the lovely center of town. So it is a perfect quiet home-base for a stay in lovely Verona. Grazie, Elisa!

Gorgeous Flat very close to town!

Elisa was a great host! She gave us many great recommendations for good italian food and I mean GOOD! And some great areas to sightsee. This apartment is spacious and very clean. Appartement bien situé à Vérone

Merci à Elisa pour son accueil. L'appartement correspondait au descriptif de l'annonce. Il était très propre et confortable. Il est situé à distance de marche du centre et il y a des stations de bus à proximité pour la gare. Tout était parfait.
