A nice getaway with plenty to do and the comforts of home.

This condo was in a perfect place with quick access to the beach, pool, and basketball courts. I love the fact that we could eat out and not have to drive far, even walk if we wanted. All the beds were so comfy and the linens were clean and soft. I definitely want to go back.

Just what we needed

We had the best time. There was plenty of room for us all and I even had enough space to put my daughter in her pack and play. We loved that the dock was right in front of the balcony so we could watch the kids easily while they fished. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation at the Beach

We had a great week with family at this condo in Perdido Key. The space itself has plenty of room for our group of 7, enough beds for everyone to sleep in their own if we wanted to, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and the location was perfect. We loved the view off the balcony in the mornings and evenings, and even saw some sting ray swimming in the water by the dock, as well as lots of fish, crabs, and birds. To get to the beach is about a 5 minute walk across the street from the condo, and there is a private boardwalk access. The beach itself was wonderful, not very crowded, the water was warm, plenty of shells and some fish. We ate at the Crab Trap restaurant right on the beach across from the condos, and went back twice more after that. We don't have any complaints at all about the condo, and would book again if we return to Perdido Key in the future!

Family Reunion

We had a great stay here at Sundown! The location and amenities were perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed the large pool, basketball court, and dock for fishing! The beach access right across the street was awesome too! Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo as well!

Wonderful view, but none of the TV's worked!

We were really impressed with the condo and views. However, none of the TV's worked the entire stay and also had internet issues for most of the stay. Management was great, however the owner kept canceling the work order for the TVs. The manager did offer to switch our unit, however the other option did not have enough beds.

Excellent location

Condo slept every one very comfortably. It was clean. Had all the kitchen items we needed. The beach was a quick walk across the road. The bay was right behind the condo and the younger kids were able to catch crabs and fish while the adults watched them thru the patio door or from the patio. Perfect location and closeness to bay and ocean.

Best location in Perdido!

This is the perfect location. Great fishing spot, so close to the beach. Condo is exactly like pictured! So pretty and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Great condo on the river!

Loved the location of this complex, with the river for fishing, crabbing and kayaking, and the Gulf beach right across the street. The condo is spacious and well-equipped, with a particularly lovely balcony. Communication with the office was smooth, with easy check-in and checkout. We'll be back next summer!

Great view of bay

We had a great view of the bay and there was a good size pool. We didn’t enjoy the beach any because of the walk with several kids but we enjoyed our quick stay

Nice small condo community

We had reservations at a house before booking here. For an unknown reason the owner cancelled our reservation four days before we were supposed to check in. We found Sundown the next day and I contacted the manager, Tammy, who was very nice. I explained to her our situation and asked if there would be any problems booking with such short notice. She replied immediately and advised there would be no problems. So we booked. The condo had a bed for everyone and was very spacious. The pool is close to all of the units. There is even a private access for the beach. Glad we found this place!

Girls Trip!
