Now, have you ever stayed at a vacation rental only to be disappointed at the comfort of the beds, the house just not clean, not enough supplies, etc, etc! Well me too..... So I have created a Tahoe vacation rental to surpass your wants and needs. I’ve tried my best to think of all the creature comforts for your family’s needs. Even the neighborhood was a thoughtful choice it’s a very family and pet-friendly neighborhood in Tahoe aptly named Tahoe Paradise! The 9-acre Lake Baron that you can walk to is just the spot for kids with a beach swim entry, kids playset, tennis, pickle ball, picnic table, etc. The snow and sledding hill just outside the neighborhood is easy for mom and dad and fun for kids. We back up to an amazing state park Washoe Meadows for easy walks, bike rides, and cross-country skiing. Easy access to Restaurants and groceries is a bonus. To top it off we are in between all 3 major ski resorts just 15 minutes to Heavenly or Sierra and 20 minutes to Kirkwood.

Most homes in Tahoe don’t offer this but with the increasing summer heat, we purchased an air conditioner for the downstairs living.

The Main Living spaces are downstairs with great easy access to the front and back yard for play.
Summer/Fall Go boating, see a concert, Picnic, Golfing, Hiking, Biking, fishing or treat yourself to a spa day. Great level neighborhood for walking and biking for all ages just outside the front door.
W/Hot tub, Pool table, WIFI, and computer center, we are also dog-friendly as we know that they are also part of the family. No worries we have a snow removal company that regularly clears the driveway. We have a huge fenced backyard for the family and Pets. Just across the street, we have a sledding hill "Tube Tahoe" with snowmobile rentals nearby. Kids we have Wii, Ps2, Atari, G Cube, toys books, and lots of games. Just 5 min to restaurants or grocery. We also have snowshoes for a morning hike, we even have children's snow-play shoes.

We offer all that you will need just jump in the car and come on up to our rental in Tahoe it's a Quiet getaway near skiing hiking and biking swimming and fishing.

Central location to Ski areas, the quiet family-friendly neighborhood backs up to the golf course, Truckee River, and Tahoe paradise park/Lake Baron with Children's play structure, tennis, pickleball, Frisbee Golf, basketball, Wedding facilities, and a 9-acre lake for swimming, fishing and exploring, Kayaking, hiking mountain-biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing.
Kick back and relax with a cup of coffee on the second-story deck amid panoramic views of the Sierra mountains taking in the quiet and fresh air or enjoy a luxury bath in the Jacuzzi with a plush pillow and complimentary soaps and gels. Mom and dad can get away from everyone and relax while watching the large-screen TV on the sofa or recliner in the master bedroom. Read a book or take a nap in the backyard hammock watching the friendly birds and peaceful mountain view. Then grab the family and take off for a sporadic bike ride through the neighborhood, just a block away you'll find a park with a 9-acre lake that offers swimming with beach entry for kids. Little Tikes playground and a view of Echo Summit with the lake in the foreground is just breathtaking, a great spot for family photos. There is a building and patio area that is a great spot for Events, contact Tahoe Paradise Park for reservations. Grab a tennis racket for a quick morning game of tennis or try the pickleball courts boasting 4 fenced-in courts. For the man who likes to fish this is a great spot just one block to the Truckee River, so close to the beautiful vacation rental home, just bring your fishing gear or use the provided equipment and walk to the river or fish in the Lake. I've had people tell me they didn't leave the neighborhood as they had such a great time.

Winter fun: We are also uniquely situated between all three major ski resorts in South Lake Tahoe just 15 minutes to Heavenly, 20 minutes to Sierra, and 25 minutes to Kirkwood. If you don't feel like driving to the adventure park just go across the street with the kids as the golf course turns into a sledding and snowmobile area in winter. Rent ATVs and take a guided tour of the Rubicon!, Snowmobiles, etc. just across the street at Lake Tahoe Adventures. Or Stay home and the kids usually just play in the yards as we have a huge fully fenced-in backyard they make jumps, snowmen, and snowball fights no need to go anywhere!

For the Guys, we have ordered all the extra sports channels and there is a large screen smart TV on the wall to play a game of pool on the 30th anniversary Olhausen pool table, work on your putting skills on the backyard putting green! Or challenge your friends to Horse Shoes on a real regulation-sized pit and kids set as well. The casino and State line are just a short 10-15 min drive. Fish for Mackinaw, Rainbow, Brown, or Kokanee Salmon.

Tell the kids we have an authentic Cheyenne TIPI in the backyard! and Nintendo Wii with sports, driving, and the Wii fit and also PlayStation 1 and 2, Xbox, and Game Cube! with many games and driving equipment. Beach Toys, Snow Toys, Lots of Games.

We can now boast 2 king-size beds (Master and guest room at top of stairs next to the bathroom) and one queen-size Tempurpedic bed and two twins AHHHHH comfy. We also have a sofa sleeper two Tempurpedic rollaway beds for the kids and a twin fold-out downstairs.

Looking for a neighborhood with no hills?
Meyers is a level neighborhood, with lots of sun and mountain views. You can walk or grab one of the bikes and ride to the community loved, Tahoe Paradise Park, with a man-made lake where you can Stand Up Paddle Board, Kayak or play in the Lake, gather at the clubhouse, tennis courts, the river, and a playground for the children. They now have a beach entrance for the kids to swim or play. Do you play golf? Walk to one of the two beautiful Lake Tahoe 18 Hole Golf Courses. Hiking and biking trails, minutes, outside your door. Walk to Washoe Meadows State Park: Try this 5.6-mile out-and-back trail near South Lake Tahoe, California. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 hour 52 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, mountain biking, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of the day. We make this Tahoe rental home a place for comfort and fun.

Sierra At Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Resort, State Line, and Lake Tahoe are just a short 15-minute drive. Cafes and the Markets are a walk or short car ride away This home is looking for a family to love. Nightlife and Stateline is a short 10-minute drive, take a shortcut by using Pioneer Trail or Sawmill Pond Road.

Eldorado County Permit Restrictions: - Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000 - To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Email and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that outdoor hot tub usage is restricted during quiet hours, and will also incur a fine if used between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am - Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street during winter - Camping on the property is not allowed. We have a security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. When booking you must list all your guest's names and ages and how many pets you are bringing and what breed, as this is a permit regulation.

The home is just 15 minutes away from Heavenly Valley which offers skiing and snowboarding, 20 minutes from the casino, and just a couple of minutes from the grocery store.
