Wolf stove with four burners large grill and double oven in Gourmet kitchen with Granite counter tops. Living room features include real wood stove with wood supplied. 65' smart flat screen TV with high speed internet Roku device or smart TV with cable in each bedroom and LR. Flexibility of sleeping arrangements for six persons. Bedroom 1 has a new king, and a single bed, Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and sleep number king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and office desk. TV's in sleeping areas and living room with high speed cable. Beautiful setting with off street parking. On the Upper Truckee River. Back yard has extra large fenced area for a dogs and kids. BBQ and Hot tub is on back deck overlooking Forest. Seasonal tables, chairs by the chalet, river and on meadow. Hiking, walking, biking, trails from the property. Casinos featuring 24 hour entertainment, shows and gambling. Heavenly has new adventure park for summer featuring a zip line, climbing, gondola ride all sorts of outdoor fun for all ages. Tahoe Paradise park great for kids is $5 per day for parking or walk in. Endless bike trails throughout the area. 15 minutes to Tahoe beaches. Beautiful waterfalls from house only short hike away. Located in a peaceful quiet area of town. Recreation central. 21 minutes to Heavenly 34 minutes to Kirkwood and 21 minutes to Sierra. Sledding for littles out back, bigger hills at Meyer’s and mountains at Echo Sierra and Heavenly. Tubing at nearby ski resorts.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To prevent wildlife issues please put trash in brown bear box by street. Clean BBQ grill if used. Clean up dog waste and put in bear box. Close all gates. Turn radio on upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

On the Upper Truckee River. Rare to find a property with acreage in South Lake Tahoe yet 15 to 30 minute drive to Ski resorts and Casinos. Hiking and walking from your doorstep. Spring waterfall trails. Mountain and road biking Mecca too. Very dog friendly property with fenced areas for your four legged friend to get out and enjoy. Perhaps they would like a swim in the RIVER. Kick back and enjoy the mountain views.
