The Perfect Wells Maine Retreat

Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions the fitness and Jacuzzi are not available for use. Pool is open daily from 10am to 6pm. Renters must place a reservation to use pool between 8 and 10am to use the pool for that day. Reservations are 1.5 hour increments.

THE PROPERTY
The 600 square feet of this seaside cottage plus 140 square feet enclosed porch are thoughtfully laid out, giving you and your traveling companions plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the kind of relaxation that only Maine can deliver. Located within a private, gated community, this home is surrounded by resort-like amenities like tennis courts, clubhouse, large game room, fitness room, hot tub, and a pool! Kick back in your comfortable living room with multiple flatscreen TV's. The living room opens up to a covered porch with glass or screen enclosures where you can enjoy three out of the four seasons.

This cottage offers everything you'll need, stocked with fresh linens and equipped with air conditioning, laundry room, and internet throughout the home. You'll be able to prepare your favorite meals in the fully outfitted dine-in kitchen or settle onto the enclosed porch as your friends sip drinks while you fire up the grill and take in the vacation vibes and fresh air. Wake up to the sounds of chirping birds in the surrounding woods while sipping coffee from your porch, letting each day of fun and relaxation unfold. From the homey décor to the convenient amenities and easy access to the town and beaches, this house will quickly become your home-away-from-home!



THE LOCATION
There are tons of activities to enjoy both inside and outside the community. Inside, you'll have access to the main pool with plenty of lounge space to soak in the sun, a hot tub, clubhouse and a large game room with air hockey, pool (Pools open from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day), and arcade-style video games. Outside the community, you and your guests are within close distance of golf, sailing, kayaking, hiking, shopping, and great dining spots. No one can turn down the opportunity to try fresh Maine lobster, so head to one of the many seaside restaurants Wells has to offer. It's a short jaunt by car or trolley to get to the beach and located just 45 minutes south of Portland, Maine, which offers some of the region's best museums, lighthouses, and a lively harbor.

- The community grants you access to 1 outdoor pool (Pools open from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day), hot tub, in-ground hot tub spa, tennis court, game room, clubhouse, and fitness facility

- Master Bedroom: Queen-sized Bed
- Bedroom 2: Full-sized Bed and 1 lofted Twin-sized Bed (Bunk Bed)

Additional Sleeping:
- A Queen-sized Sleeper sofa in the living room.
