Sunnyside of Life Beach house is a stunning newly remodeled 2,800 square foot home located at the quiet, West end of PCB in the Sunnyside Beach area, only 4 miles from 30A and 5 miles to Pier Park. A luxuriously and professionally decorated, fully furnished 3-story, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home with beautiful ocean views from the two front balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is directly on Front Beach Rd, but without the traffic and just a few steps across the street from the semi-private beach via our gated walkway. In addition to a community swimming pool, there is also a beautiful lake located directly behind the home, so you and your guests will be surrounded by inviting and beautiful views of water.

The house is ideal to accommodate large or multiple families or groups of friends as it is spacious and fully furnished to sleep up to 12 people. 2 King beds, 2 queen beds, 3 bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa in the 1st fl. apartment and one twin sleeper sofa in the huge bunk room. Each one of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. The bunk room has access to the two bathrooms.

The entry level of the home features an apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. There is also a closet in the hallway filled with beach gear essentials. We provide 8 beach chairs, a 10x10 E-Z Up beach canopy, a beach wagon, and beach cooler, and Turkish beach towels for you to use as needed!

On the 2nd Fl. is the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, family room with half bath, plus master bedroom and bathroom are all located on the second floor, providing an open and spacious gathering area for you and your guests. The dining table includes seating for 8, plus 4 additional bar-stools. A large deck is connected to the living room on the front of the house with ocean views, lounge chairs plus an outside dining table with seating for 6.

The luxurious master suite located on the second floor includes a king bed, an ensuite private bathroom and a great view of the lake. The lavish master bath provides a walk-in tile dual head shower adds spa-like body sprays and invigorating shower head, plus a separate 12' waterfall shower head. Also, a garden tub sits features lake views from corner windows, and plenty of counter space via the spacious his and hers vanity.

The third floor of the home features a large game/family room, a wet bar, three built in bunk beds for the kids, and two beautifully decorated bedrooms with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. There is also a large deck with seating and gorgeous ocean views.

Each of the four bedrooms and three living rooms are furnished with flat-screen smart televisions. The main TV on each floor has HD cable TV.
