We loved our stay! This place has everything you would need for a home away from home stay! We loved the deep bathtub and sitting on the porch watching the people play pickleball. Wonderful stay, would definitely stay again!!!
Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and it was obvious that hosts went the extra mile to make stay comfortable
Best was super. Nice to have tv in bedroom as well.
Two week stay with lots of golf and great trip to Zion. Weather was cool but we had a good stay.

A Great Condo - We couldn't have done better!
This is a great condo. Our stay was all the better because of how nice this condo is and because of how we were treated by Bob Richards, the owner. We received detailed information from him prior to our arrival, and upon arriving found everything in great shape and ready for us. The condo was clean and inviting - very comfortable. We didn't lack any amenities. Bob was very accommodating and checked with us several times to make sure all was well. This will be our first choice when we return.

Thank you so much for your review. We sincerely appreciate it and hope we can be of help to you, family, friends, etc. again in the future. You absolutely made my day today!! :)

Due to other reviews, I was worried about the cleanliness of this property. I had nothing to fear. Everything was very clean, even the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there one night watching the hummingbirds. The kitchen had plenty of cups and plates. We didn't cook, so I'm not sure what else. They supplied towels, including swim towels, but no soap. They had a nifty corner where you could buy toiletries for a dollar, so no problem. I think you will enjoy your stay here
Property was perfect. Great place to stay and the amenities were everything we needed. It was also great to have the pool and hot tub available for use!
Bob’s condo is a Home away from home! His condo is stocked with everything you might need, and even things you didn’t know you needed! I’ve stayed at one other condo in Sports Village, and Bob’s, by far exceeds my other experience. I would stay here again.
We throughly enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to family and friends and hope to be able to come back and stay again!
Jenny,
Thank you again for staying at our vacation condo in Sports Village. Hope you had a wonderful time. The weather was sure fantastic.
As we like to check with past guests, is there anything we can do better as we serve future guests? I welcome any suggestions or recommendations.
Thanks again! Hope you'll come back and stay at our place again.

This was a very clean and very comfortable property. It was well appointed and we particularly enjoyed that we didn’t have to wash a dish when we wanted to use one. Great amenities
With the craziness of 2020 we didn't have a chance to do a family vacation so we were looking forward to a quick fall break getaway in the sun of St. George. But the day before our trip a different VRBO we reserved had to cancel and due to building issue and we were stuck with no lodging on a very busy weekend thinking we would have to cancel. But I looked one last time and somehow lucked out finding Bob and Becky's property. Bob was really communicative and easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we would need. Check in process was easy, the property was just as pictured, clean and a good location with great family amenities right there on sight, pool, pool table and ping pong tables were a bit with my boys. The development is a little older, but they have done a great job keeping their particular property clean and updated better than some of the others around it. You can tell they are very attentive and caring owners. We had a handyman come one morning, which was not a big deal, but Bob was very apologetic and checked in with us right away. It didn't bother us though.
Overall, it provided exactly what we wanted for our getaway and I recommend it!
This condo was perfect, well maintained and well stocked with everything you could need. Bob and Becky were great to work with and very accommodating .
Warning! Stay away. Just completed a 2 week stay and hated it. (Would have checked out earlier but availability is limited in St. George at this time of year). Never got a decent night’s sleep in 2 weeks. Why? This unit is on the middle 2nd floor of a 3 level walk up. There are 9 units in the building. This unit is right beside the main stairway and entry/exit door. People coming up/down stairs and slamming the door - 24/7 - it’s non-stop. One night the door slamming was so bad a picture frame was knocked off the wall and glass shattered all over the kitchen floor. Thought a rock was thrown through the window. The walls are paper thin, you hear every footstep, door slam & toilet flush from the units above and below. The clubhouse needs major updates. The facilities are approaching 40 years old - and look like it!
Owners comments about cleanliness are false, the unit is badly in need of good deep clean. Tile grout in the kitchen is filthy, ventilation system is coated with dust/mold (be careful if you need to use the A/C).
Owner advertises his high level of customer service and hospitality background - we did not experience this! We notified him about many of these issues. He sent an email message that “he was too busy to discuss the problems”, so he sent his wife. Once he had our money, the only communication was through the VRBO message system. His wife did come by to speak about the noise issues, but there wasn’t any improvement through our entire stay. Weekends are unbearable - forget about getting any sleep! The problem is poor construction of the complex, as well as the design and age of the building. After the first week, Owner did offer to refund the balance of our stay, but we had no other reasonable choices available in St. George; changing our flights was cost prohibitive. I contacted VRBO about a full refund, but as expected they took the side of the owner and said they would enforce the full contract if we departed early. We decided to stay and try to make things work, but the situation never improved. Save your $, don't stay here.

WARNING TO HOSTS!! JUST SAY NO!!
To those reading this review, it is very important to us that you read this response.
These guests came to stay in southern Utah from Canada during two consecutive Spring Break weeks from two different school districts in Utah. It’s an obviously busy time in St. George during Spring Break and vacation rentals are typically 90% full. I had turned in for the night when the guest sent a message after 11pm. Upon getting ready the following morning, I messaged him and let him know my wife and I would do what we could to resolve the noise problem. I asked if it was OK for me to reach out to the owners of the units above our condo and the HOA. He declined.
Due to my work schedule, I was unable to immediately drop everything to knock on their door. This didn’t make the guest happy. My wife was willing and did go to the condo and met with the guests face to face. When she began talking with them, it was very obvious to her she was dealing with an adolescent adult. He pouted, would not have an adult conversation with my wife and his wife was noticeably embarrassed. He kept wanting to know what his options were. My wife asked if they had been out of the condo and gone anywhere because there was so much to do out of doors such as hiking, biking, beautiful walks, National and State Parks, and a variety of other things to do but remain in the condo. They had not done a thing. He also complained about the exercise room in the clubhouse at Sports Village. My wife listened and the conclusion was, he was going to explore his options. I’m sure that is when he attempted to get a refund from VRBO and was denied. We certainly offered to work with them and that night, my wife did talk to the guests upstairs and let them know of our concern for our guests, the noise level, “quiet time” in the complex, etc. She also provided our guests with a $50 gift card to go eat at one of our nice local restaurants.
The next day, my wife took him a $100 Membership Card to a local athletic center called The Summit. He refused the Membership card and it was a non-refundable card. The athletic club was less than 2 miles away and the membership was good for he and his wife. Denied.
The following night, my wife returned and spoke with a new set of guests in one of the upstairs condo’s and told them about quiet time, and other rules of Sports’ Village and the concerns our guests had in previous nights. Come to find out, she was told that OUR GUEST was slamming the door of OUR CONDO causing noise to the guests upstairs AND below our condo (ours sits on the main level within a building with units up above and units down below. One of these guests wanted us to know that our guest upset one of his daughters to the point where she was in tears and crying. Not sure of ANY reason where that is appropriate from an adult to a child. Again, an unsatisfied, adolescent adult acting and behaving as a spoiled child who complained where there was NOTHING we could do, say or offer that would have made a difference so in response to this review, I again say: WARNING!! JUST SAY NO!! Should you receive an inquiry from this guest
I loved how clean this condo was and convenient right inside the main door, not many steps to climb. Bob was great at communicating with me quickly and I knew I could call on him for anything. We loved the treats he left us! I think it really makes this condo stay unique compared to others. Don't hesitate to book with Bob and Becky. Their condo is great and they have thought of everything and try to make it your home away from home.
I’ve always enjoyed the Sports Village and they are doing a lot of renovation work to keep it nice! This unit is very clean and comfortable, plus it is in a building that has recently been renovated. It’s in a great location and I like the second floor access. Bob was easy to work with and very responsive.
Owners have done a great job with this condo to make it very comfortable and accommodating. It was clean. Perfect location and looking forward to staying at this condo again!
We had a great experience with the rental. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The owners are very attentive to every detail. The fresh pie was a perfect welcome. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and weight room. I loved having the adult only lap pool and hot tub. I would definitely come back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay at Rob and Becky’s condo here in St. George. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. So many extra touches to make it feel more like a home rather than a rental condo. The queen size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is larger than most units we have stayed in at sports Village. Really liked the ice and water dispenser in the fridge. This unit has a fabulous view over the main swimming . Very close to the adult lap pool where we spent most of our afternoons and evenings . Easy access into the condo unit with only a few stairs. While this unit has a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed, we found this unit to be just the right size for two people. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the afternoons. Rob and Becky were very approachable and accessible and got back to us with any questions we had in a very timely manner. A great Stay experience. Thank you!
