'Modern Feel! Wonderful Location! And a Great Price, too!

Want a place that is beautifully decorated, feels like home, and is close to all the amenities Sports Village has to offer? This is it!

We have a deck that overlooks the pool, tennis and pickleball courts and play areas with an outdoor dining table for four, a very comfortable queen size bed, a wonderful kitchen area for cooking great meals, a large 55 inch television and an over-sized tub for soaking after a long day of hiking in the nearby State and National Parks.

This is a perfect place for a couple or small family who wants to stay in a place that just feels like home.

Check us out. You will be happy you did!

(Please be aware that there are about 8 steps outside and about 16 additional steps inside the building to get to the front door of the condo. This is for our guests that may have trouble with stairs. This allows for a nicer views with nobody above you!)

Really nice condo! Does have 12 steps to go up to reach the door but other than that the place was clean, well stocked, ice maker and water dispenser in fridge. Sugar, Splenda,Equal, k cups, tea, powdered creamer,oatmeal and misc items in fridge from previous guests. Great shower, tons of towels, hygiene products, hair dryer, lots of room in the bathroom. Little closet off kitchen area has pool towels, a styrofoam cooler, pool noodles, camping chairs,games,etc. Bed was comfy with black out curtains. Lots of hangers in the big roomy closet.The stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in the bedroom. Washer works great. Dryer was not working at the time but Troy let us know that ahead of time. He gets back to you in a timely manner and answers his phone when you call. Loved sitting on the covered balcony having morning coffee watching people in the pool. The adult only pool was refreshing and not crowded. It was such a great stay

The place itself was nice. A/C could have been a bit stronger. Hot tub was lukewarm at best which was disappointing. Nice location close to the interstate.

Thanks for the review. The air filter got missed last month and needed to be replaced, so I think it may have frozen up on you. The AC unit is only about 4 or 5 years old, so it works well. We do let you set it to whatever temperature you like. We don't control it at all. I will be checking with the HOA on the temperature of the hot tub. It shouldn't be lukewarm. There are two hot tubs in the complex, one for adults and one for families. Thanks again for your comments!

Great place to stay. Close to snow canyon, and Tuacahn. Lots of bike and hiking trails near by, as well as the St. George temple. We only took advantage of tbe pool (106 degrees on the coolest day we were there) and "hot tub"; it was cooler than the temp but the jets did massage our soee muscles from the hike. Only downside was the condo did not have any tissues.

Great location, well equipped, pool and deck!

Loved our stay. Our host was very responsive. The apartment had everything you could possibly want. Close to the town and National Parks. Plenty of great restaurants near by. Two pools, tennis courts and a nice deck for a cup of coffee in the morning.
