This is a beautiful, updated 1840sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath 5 beds home. The outdoors is an inviting area with lots of tropical foliage a pool, 60ft dock of direct ocean access waterfront (ask for availability of dock rental for boat), a wonderful shaded dining space, bar b que, bikes, kayak, paddleboard, & beach/pool toys/chairs! The comfortable inside includes amenties such as 2 large TV's, excellent WIFI, coffee, cooking, bath & laundry essentials. Prime location close to everything the Pompano, Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas areas offer of beaches, piers, fishing, golf, shops & restaurants.

All dishes & kitchen items used please wash or put in the dishwasher (then turned on). Refrigerators should be cleaned out from whatever you put in and any food in the kitchen brought in removed.
Leave beds unmade (not stripped). Please replace all pool items & cleaning supplies to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No illegal drug use, illegal activities or domestic disturbances will be tolerated. If suspected will terminate your stay and result in no refunds.
Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking trash must be extinguished and disposed daily in trash outdoors or will incur partial retainment of deposit.

The place was terrific, exactly as shown on the app. It had all of the extra's that aren't necessarily included these days - tp, dish soap, bath products. Grace was an amazing, responsive host.

Great Home and Responsive Host

We had a great stay at this home with our family of four. The layout worked well for both adults and kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Perfect family vacation location

The property was great for our family of five with teens! There was plenty of room for all to sleep and relax and plenty of activities to do. Grace was wonderful throughout the stay with necessary communications. Would stay here again in the future.

Great stay!

We loved staying at Grace’s property. Everything was very clean, kitchen (and the rest of the house) was well stocked and the pictures are perfectly representative of the place - the backyard is a dream, our kids had so much fun in the heated pool. Check in and check out were super easy. Would love to stay again next time!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful, very clean home right on the canal! We enjoyed fishing (catching lots of fish!), swimming, and just relaxing in the lounge chairs on the dock. Great location, close to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach. If we’re in the area again, we will definitely return!

Lovely property

It was a lovely property, and great location. The house is very well taken care of and has everything you need. Location is great, nearby to major things but not walking distance to the ocean but it is located on the dock and has canal access, with paddle board and canoes. There is a large public nearby. Location is also great.

Girls trip

The place was amazing and Grace was a perfect host. We really enjoyed the pool and beautiful outdoor area. The beds were comfortable and the place has everything you could need. We had fun using the bikes and Kayak. It was not far from Pompano Beach pier and Lauderdale on the Sea. Would 100% recommend this place!

Great location

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Back yard is nicely landscaped, private, quiet and on a canal. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The house is located close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The host provided clear instructions and was responsive to questions. I would recommend.

Great house!

Very nice and clean place located right off a canal. We were told by a local you can catch and release fish there but don't eat them. Every night my family and I would sit outside watching the boats go by. The kitchen was well equipped. Really nice private pool we enjoyed every day. Thanks for letting us stay for our family get together!

This House was Great!

Little slice of paradise

We had an amazing time, this place is so amazing. It is newly renovated, has a wonderful pool right out back and right on the canal. Everything was picture perfect. The host thought of everything. My husband was happy to catch several fish right from the back dock. We were very happy we choose this place. Thanks to Grace , the host for sharing your home with us.

A splendid retreat

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed every minute. Lots of parking on a quiet dead-end street. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, nicely-appointed living room, comfortable dining area, and a wonderfully-appointed kitchen with large island. Lots of outdoor area for relaxing, grilling, and the pool is small but enjoyable. We took advantage of the bikes on the dead-end street, and the paddleboard and kayak were fun on the canal (that connects to the intracoastal waterway if you want to rent a boat). Great communications with the host who were quick to respond. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location!

This property was great for our family of 5. The location was perfect with both Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea within in 11 minutes from the house. The pool and canal was also wonderful to have at the house. Communication with the host was easy.A few little inconveniences such as some outlets not working, and the bed my husband and I slept in seemed to be broken where one side sunk in a lot. I did not mention this to the host though, it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure if I said something, they would have taken care of it. Would stay again!
