This home has a beautiful chefs kitchen with upscale counters, a large island, gas stove, and a double oven.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an office space opening to the covered pool deck & heated outdoor shower. Enjoy the attached spa style bathroom and walk in closet.
The large in-law suite has its own entrance, as well as a kitchenette including a mini fridge. This suite also has an attached half bathroom.
The very private backyard area is a tropical oasis with an infinity pool and spa overlooking the lake *Pool & spa are heated to 82 degrees*

Meredith was great (host) and communicated as needed. The property was just perfect for our 3-night stay in the area for the CFP National Championship. The property was well-maintained, near dining options and Hard Rock Stadium. The backyard pool/spa area is very nice. If we are ever in need of a non-beach stay in the area, we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!We had a fantastic time at this beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean home. Everything was welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. We did experience a minor equipment issue with the pool, but the host was incredibly gracious and responded immediately to make things right. Their quick action and great communication made all the difference.Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. We’d happily return!

Lovely Family Gathering!

This home was a lovely place for our friends/family to gather. The facilities had everything we could want from pool floats to a fully equipped kitchen. The views at sunset are spectacular.

The perfect spot!

The house and location were perfect for our vacation. Meredith and her husband were outstanding hosts, with the best response time I have ever encountered with VRBO. The house has every amenity you could ask for, I would have been happy not leaving the property for the whole time we stayed lol! Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Meredith!

Excellent stay

House was very comfy. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was loaded with staples with great appliances. Washer dryer new and nice. Master bed was super comfy. Adult kids said rooms fine. Master shower was very nice with huge shower and great water pressure. AC worked great.We loved the pool and watching the lake and ducks. Tons of baby ducks which was cute. Location was close to many places as we were visiting our son in Los Olas. Friends of ours who visited really liked it and will recommend it for friends who come to town.

Private, relaxing, great view

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was spacious and clean - plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We all absolutely loved the pool. The view of the lake was spectacular. The house was well stocked with snacks, coffee supplies, and laundry supplies. Check out was quick and easy - no extreme cleaning requirements like with some other rentals. The owner was quick to answer questions and even agreed to ship my son’s backpack that he forgot to us in Ohio. We would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to others.

Celebrating Life…

We were in FL for a close friend / brothers life celebration as we all are past bartenders and doormen from the Button on the Beach during the 80’s. We stayed at a beautiful home on Lake Melva, which unknown to us, it was right across the lake from where we lived during that time. Thanks again to our host…we will be back

Family peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Ft Lauderdale. The back pool area was very relaxing and the king bed suite was like sleeping on a cloud. In-law suite was perfect for our college daughter w her girlfriend. Our teenage son and friend had other side of house to themselves was plenty of room with private space for everyone. Kitchen is fully stalked with all the essentials PLUS more!! Thank you Meredith!!!

Outdoor oasis is accurate!

We stayed as two families (4 adults, 3 children) and we were all totally comfortable and felt like we had more than enough space. The outdoor pool/deck was truly magical and I felt like I was in my own tropical oasis! The house beds and linens were high quality and they had tons of extra amenities such as pool rafts, sunscreen, coffee, and spices. Huge shoutout to the owners who truly went above and beyond for excellent communication and helping with anything we needed.

Perfect getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our getaway in February for 6 women. The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard with pool/spa were divine. We loved spending our mornings and evenings in our private backyard oasis, and we used the pool and spa every day. The host, Meredith, was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from the moment that I booked. We also really appreciated how well-stocked the house was (coffee, beach towels/chairs, kitchen supplies, shampoo..). Location worked well for us as we didn’t mind a short drive to local spots. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great time w/ slight issues

It was a beautiful home, great amenities, and locationally fairly good. The downsides where the neighbor/neighborhood ducks, the regular functionality of the pool, and there was almost no toilet paper or trash bags on the premises. Despite those issues, it was great.

A Florida Oasis to relax in!

A typical Florida house on a small canal, beautifully landscaped with a pool, a 15 min. drive from the beach! The house was well stocked, with snacks, lots of coffee, oil, sugar. salt, etc. The owner went out of her way to help us have a comfortable stay, supplying 4 new beach chairs and turning up the temp in the spa to become a true hot tub, which we enjoyed in the cooler March evenings. My only other recommendation is to have a pack'n play available, as well as a high chair. Our only negative was that the dishwasher did not work despite expert troubleshooting, but will most likely be addressed in the near future (I would hope!). Thanks for a great stay!

Nice property, great location and great property management.

Checkin process was clear and straightforward. House was clean when arrived and included towels, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles, etc. Small issues with the freezer and dishwasher were promptly handled by Meredith. There was plenty of space in the house for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids). The reason for the 4 stars was the pool. The first two days of our stay it was cloudy and green, so no one swam. After the pool company showed up and added chemicals, the pool clear up in the afternoon of day 3. Throughout our stay we struggled to figure out using the water fall, heater, spa bubbles, etc

60 th birthday get away

We had a wonderful time at this oasis of a house The house was fully stocked with amenities from snacks to coffee to shower items The location couldn’t be better We were within 2 miles of the beach restaurants and kayaking guides The grill was of professional quality and we were able to cook 6 big steaks and shrimp skewers at the same time for a “pool night” dinner with ease The house easily held 7 adults without feeling cramped . What a great time !!!

Great place for a week away

We loved the house. It was centrally located and most everything was accessible within a 5 minute drive. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bedrooms and kitchen were beautiful and spacious.
