Located across the street from one of South Jamesport's wide, sandy beaches, and close to the farms, vineyards, restaurants and breweries that made this region famous, this two bedroom, two bathroom home with open plan living/kitchen/dining represents the best of the North Fork.
Ideal for two couples or a family, the home is full of sunlight and summer breezes and is decorated in a mid century modern style. It is a few doors down from the Salt & Sea Restaurant at the Bay Breeze Inn, one mile to Jamesport town (including antique stores, the North Fork Biscuit Company, and restaurants Grana and Jedediah Hawkins), and close to dozens of wineries and farm stands. The home was extensively renovated in 2019 and features brand new siding and ductless air conditioning throughout.
The beach is wide and sandy, the water is calm and shallow, and the home comes equipped with beach chairs and umbrella, and for kids, beach toys and two pack 'n plays.
Spend a day on the beach and then walk back home for a bbq on the weber grill. Relax on the back deck, which features a large picnic table and outdoor couches, under the stars.
The home is located 75 miles from New York City, and is a 1:40 minute drive without traffic. Also easily accessible from Massachusetts/Connecticut via the New London Ferry.

Close enough to NYC for a weekend trip, but miles away from the hustle and bustle. The perfect combination of beach, farms, wine, and peace and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Perfect for a couples' house share for the summer or a family with children, the house is equipped with beach equipment (including chairs/umbrella/towels/cooler) and is super family friendly if you need it to be. Child proofing, pack n' plays, beach toys, a playground and a fantastic bay beach just steps away.
