Easy access to beaches, boating, fishing, and now vibrant North Fork Wine Country makes this property an ideal location at an affordable price. Learn to sail at the Old Cove Yacht Club in adjoining New Suffolk, Par 3 golf at Cedars golf course (or 18 holes at Islands End). Stargaze Saturday nights at the Custer Institute in nearby Southold, travel to Greenport to see the boats in the harbor and take a ride on the indoor carousel! Wonderful shops and restaurants. Or travel to Riverhead to cool off at the Splish Splash waterpark, shop at the Tanger Outlets, or venture further to the Hamptons!

Purchased the family summer house, which we've had since 1967. Willing to share for a few months during the summer season, though spring and fall are equally attractive here!

Why they chose this property

Spent my summers here all through my youth, enjoying beaching, sailing, windsurfing and water skiing on Peconic Bay. Learned to swim at the Nassau Point Causeway Beach, then lifguarded there years later! Many summer memories were made over the years. Passes to all Cutchogue/New Suffolk and Southold Town (many) beaches on Peconic Bay and Long Island Sound.
