Nous avons passez un excellent séjour à Loupian. La communication avec Audrey a été simple et efficace. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien placé pour toutes les activités à faire dans la région. Audrey a été accueillante, discrète mais disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable. Deux jolies chambres spacieuses. Une terrasse extérieure ombragée pratique pour y prendre les repas. Point fort: un ménage impeccable. Points faibles: absence de climatisation et de wifi. Maison située à quelques minutes en voiture des plages, ce qui est très agréable. Bon contact avec l’hôte qui est très accueillante. Merci pour les gâteaux à notre arrivée.

Vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L emplacement de la maison est agréable et très bien situé au calme mais près de l étang et de beaucoup de villes et villages. Nous avons profité de Marseillan où il y a beaucoup d animation. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont disponibles si besoin. Je vous recommande vivement.

Vacances au calme

C était notre deuxième années de location au sein de cette belle et spacieuse maison, propre, confortable, fonctionnelle, à 10 mn en voiture de la plage et du calme. Merci beaucoup à Audrey pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, toujours prête à vous donner de bonnes adresses. Peut être à l année prochaine.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. Les espaces sont très grands. Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres. Idéal pour partir avec un bébé ou un jeune enfant avec la chaise haute, le lit et les aménagements extérieurs. Ce qui peut être améliorer : Manque de matériel dans la cuisine comme une manique en tissu et pas une main en plastique Un couvre barbecue Le parasol suffisant pour la plage mais pas pour la terrasse et encore moins pour 6 personnes L'abri de la terrasse couvre peu de la chaleur Petit manque : la climatisation malgré les 4 ventilateurs "qui brassent de l'air tiède" Avec les grandes températures du sud et le réchauffement climatique il serait important d'investir dans ce type de matériel

Belle propriété avec de l’espace tant sur les extérieurs qu’a l'intérieur. Possibilité de se garer sur la propriété. Propre, commode, proche des commodités 5 min. a pied. A 10 min. de la plage en voiture. Hôte facilement accessible, souriante et agréable.

Très bon séjour à Loupian.

La location est propre et fonctionnelle(bien équipée) . Le petit jardin est très agréable. Merci à Audrey pour son accueil et sa discrétion. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir cette belle région. Sans hésitation, nous reviendrons.

Bon accueil à l’arrivée et au départ. Beau logement spacieux, bien équipé. Situation idéale pour visiter la région, proche du bassin de Thau pour la baignade et les promenades en bord de mer. Nouveau à découvrir, la traversée en navette fluviale Mèze-Sète pour éviter les bouchons. Merci à Audrey pour son accueil.

Merveilleux séjour

Belle maison très propre et très spacieuse. Bien située dans un très joli petit village. Toutes les commodités ainsi que la plage se trouvent à moins de cinq minutes, se qui est parfait. La fille du propriétaire est très gentille très aimable et très conciliante. Bref une location à ne pas manquer pour les personnes désireuses de découvrir cette si belle région.

Calme et tranquilité

La maison et le jardin sont top dans l’ensemble. Beaucoup d’espace, de rangement, très fonctionnelle, tout est fourni pour accueillir les plus petits (chaise haute, lit parapluie, quelques jouets). Juste un point négatif, le devant du jardin n’est pas trop sécurisé pour les plus jeunes , il manque un garde corps ou un grillage au niveau du terrain en hauteur qui donne sur l’allée de garage, escaliers et trottoir. Du coup on n’était pas tranquille quand notre dernier de 2 ans était dans le jardin. Ça c’était dommage, sinon top!! La propriétaire est agréable et accueillante..On recommande! Un grand MERCI, et peut-être à l’année prochaine..

Très beau lieu

Maison très agréable, propre, fonctionnelle dans un environnement calme et dans un village sympathique. Les quelques commerces sont à proximité à pied. On est à 5 min en voitures des premiers supermarchés. L'accueil de la fille des propriétaires (habite la maison à côté) est chaleureux et bienveillant. Les propriétaires sont également sympathiques. Nous avons 3 adolescents, forcément difficiles à contenter, et ils ont apprécié leur environnement. Si nous repassons dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cette maison.

Environnement calme, accès commode. Proche plages et commerces. Joli village. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage. Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbes, bien que trop rapides !
