Wonderful!

We spent a lovely week at this apartment, it was ideal for the two of us. Well equipped with all we could need. Close to the port and all its restaurants and with a front line panoramic view of the Étang de Thau, beautiful! We spent many an hour cosy in the loggia enjoying the view.

All in all it was nice.Only 20 m away from the beach, excellent view from the balcony.Proper inside.. BUTthe painters outside had not finished their work, and, even worse,the floor was covered with very very fine plaster and dirt, the cleaning firm had quit cleaning for more than 4 weeks.Thus, it was terrible to walk through this dirt and enter a clean appartement..But we made an agreement with the owner and we got a compensation.So it is balanced!!Second:Unfortunately some items inside the appartment were in a very bad condition:broken , out of order..Probably all these issues are meanwhile fixed...It could be a problem, in summertime, that 2 floors underneath the appartment there is a pizzzeria...In my opinion this should be mentionend in the description..Overall I would rate all together with 4 stars (because of the missing informations etc.)

What a view!

This beach apartment is steps from the beach and local eateries. The view from the porch was superb. Since we had a rental car parking was a plus! The property manager was very helpful. As Americans it was important to be able to rent linens, and arrange for cleaning. Just be aware that this is not included in the price. A booklet with important information like how to use the TV and available channels, washer, key system, nearby menus, would have been welcome.

Vue sur le lac de thau , Coucher de soleil sur Sète splendide. Petit déjeuner et diner sur la terrasse très appréciable. Début juillet, très peu gêner par la circulation au pied de l immeuble.Très proche de la plage, des restaurants, du marché par les petites rues.Les joutes setoises sont un moment de convivialité dans le port de Meze.

Cela fait 3 années de suite que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis de l'hébergement et de la vue superbe sur la lagune de Thau .Mme Grauby toujours aussi accueillante et gentille .bon contact avec le propriétaire .nous pensons encore à revenir l'année prochaine

Très mauvaise odeur dans l appartement (par les siphons). Travaux de peinture dans les communs (le propriétaire aurait pu le signaler)! Douche pas très propre (trace moisissure sur les joints), garage très petit et accès exigu, lave vaisselle et hotte ne fonctionnaient pas.En positif, très jolie vue sur l'étang.

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Lagune

Hier einige Mängel:Küchenschränke waren voller Lebensmittel, deren Verfallsdatum zum Teil 5 Jahre überschritten war.Z.B. Mehl Gewürze Tee Essig Öl etc Mußte 2 volle Eimer mit diesen Artikeln entsorgen.Kleiderschrank war defekt, nur die linke Hälfte nutzbar(bei Buchung von 4 Wochen sehr unschön)Toilettenpapierhalter fällt von der Wand.Rollos vom Balkon zum Teil nicht in Ordnung.Im Küchen- Wohnbereich zeitweise stechender Geruch/Gestank.

Situation idéale

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 3 enfants (11, 13 et 19 ans). Nous sommes tous revenus enchantés. La situation est idéale: directement à la plage, proche du port et de ses nombreux restaurants, à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville et du marché. L'appartement est bien équipé et dispose d'une place de parking dans un petit garage ( parfait car le stationnement semble difficile à Mèze). La personne qui gère l'appartement et qui se charge de la remise des clefs est accueillante et sympathique. La vue est exceptionnelle. À refaire...

Souvenir de Mèze

Très bel appartement avec vue exceptionnelle sur l'étang de Thau . Nous avons pleinement profiter de la véranda matin midi et soir . Très bel équipement et literie de qualité . Douche super et très grande .Très bon accueil de Mme Grauby Hélene . En + le box est très appréciable . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine .
