Pet/Smoke and Allergen free Ocean view 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located in Surf City/Topsail Island with amazing views of the ocean and zero entry pool. Please note this is a pet/smoke/allergen free unit due to owner's medical diagnosis of asthma, if you need a recommendation for a pet-friendly unit we are happy to assist you. This unit includes kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher and all the supplies you need to cook and entertain. Unit also has brand new HVAC, new flooring and beautiful beach theme decor. Plenty of sleeping space as the master bedroom has a queen bed and the loft bedroom has two double beds (all new mattresses). Master also has a jack and jill style on-suite bathroom connecting to the hallway. WiFi, large screen smart TV, flat screen in master, and all the conveniences of home. Enjoy your coffee or a cocktail from the adorable balcony as you watch and listen to the waves crash on the beautiful beach. 2 private beach accesses with showers, coolers, sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas available for you and your family to enjoy a perfect beach day.

Please note linens are not provided but can be rented and delivered by a local vendor for an additional cost. Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, there are several flights of stairs. Absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed.

Relaxing oceanside stay

Enjoyed the stay and 3rd follow veiws of the pool and ocean. Enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and mornings. The unit was large and we had plenty of room for spreading out and for all our stuff. The AC was very comfortable compared to other units we have stayed in. The toaster was amazing and made toast in 30 seconds.

Perfection! The location, cleanliness, space and everything in between. Our family of five had plenty of room during our stay, and everything was so cozy. The beds were comfortable, view is great, and a very short walk to a beach that isn’t crowded made our week one of the best. We had some great food at local restaurants thanks to the recommendations left for us. Highly recommended! I can’t forget to mention that the host was incredible helpful and quick to respond. Great experience overall.

Amazing space

The rooms had a nice layout and were perfect for our stay. The beach and pool were both very close and not crowded. The owner was very communicative and the locker was well stocked with beach supplies. We would love to stay again in the future!

The island is beautiful! The condo is located near everything and has a short walk to the pool and beach. It is very clean and cute! I would recommend this property!!

Great place at a great beach

The unit is part of a large complex of condos surrounding a lovely pool and with immediate beach access. We had a partial view of the ocean and partial of the pool. The unit was very well equipped and clean (although old condos by the beach are hard to keep perfectly clean), and Donetta allowed us access to her family beach gear (chairs, etc.). Really a great place to stay.

Wow, this is a beautiful, crystal clean, well equipped condo. Donetta was lovely and we had a great time. The pool was crystal clear and mostly empty. So relaxing!

Excellent vacation spot

Ideal location for a vacation! Property is well kept and being on the 3rd floor gives some extra square footage for the bigger family. We were able to sleep all three kids in the 2 double beds in the loft! Furnishings were very up to date and super comfortable. Location was fabulous with direct access to a private pool and private beach! Surf city was very close with anything you needed and lots of great shops and restaurants! Will return to this very location for our next beach vacation!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first stay in Top Sail and we will definitely return! Hopefully to this unit. It was perfect for our family of 4 -the kiddos loved their “private” floor with the upstairs bedroom. The complex was neat and clean over all! The owners were super responsive to any questions and very informative.

Perfect family beach spot

We had a great time here for a long weekend stay. The property is in a nice and quiet complex. The beach access spots are very close. The property is also close to restaurants and the pier. The house is nice and clean and has everything you need for beach and home fun. We appreciated the two full sized beds in the loft which is great for my two teens to have their own beds and space. The balcony was great as well. The owner was very responsive and wished us a great stay. I’d recommend this spot.

Memorial Day Vacation

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay This place was nice. Has a nice view of the ocean. The bedroom upstairs was nice with the 2 full beds. The only disappointment was the bed in the main bedroom. It was not a queen size and it was hard. Not comfortable. Process of check in and out was pretty simple. Thanks again for having us at your condo. Ps. We did get a lot of exercise going up and down 3 flights. 😊

Beautiful, clean, spacious

My family (me, my husband, and two boys- 8 & 10) visited in August 2023 and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed at the beach. The condo was clean, huge balcony, spacious living room and kitchen with all equipment and utensils you would need. The boys loved the loft with the beds upstairs. The jack-and-jill bathrooms were great- so there wasn’t a hold-up to use the toilet if someone was showering. I felt very safe in the community - even when walking to the laundry unit late at night. This community has a lot of buildings and units- but we never heard any neighbors while in our unit- it was very quiet and relaxing. The pool is beautiful and spacious and even during peak times of the day, there was still plenty of room for everyone to swim & enjoy. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond when there was a minor issue. There’s a binder at the condo with tons of recommendations and the host let us know that there was a sea turtle release happening during our stay- we would not have known otherwise and would’ve missed this amazing experience. The unit had a dehumidifier that kept the air inside cool & refreshing. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and effort into this condo and have thought of everything!

Best place in Surf City to stay!

This is our new favorite spot to stay when we come to Topsail! The location—amazing! So close to everything. Perfect access to beach and absolutely loved the pool area. It was very clean and ready a little earlier than check-in time, which was super nice. Beds were comfy, amazing ammenities all throughout. The owners really thought of everything when they put this condo together. (Really really appreciated the de-humidifier off the living room area) They also were always very responsive and such kind people. Their recommendation book was so helpful… even though we have been coming to Topsail for 20 years, it has evolved so much and we always love trying new places! (2 must haves for us will always be Surf Dog food and Daybreak Donuts, by the way) This condo is perfect, I wouldn’t change anything. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Perfect Condo at the Beach

Perfect condo at the beach in close proximity to restaurants and beach shops. Nicely decorated and clean property with plenty of room to stretch out and relax after long days at the beach. The availability of beach chairs, shower/wash stations at the beach access, the large pool, and on-site laundry was a huge bonus. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are North Carolina natives and have always had a love for the beach. In college we always wanted to move to the beach but our careers led us in a different path. We married and started a family in Greenville NC and are excited to finally have a beach place to call our own. Having grown up going to this quaint beach town, it has been exciting to watch it grow and to share our love for this town with our children. We are very happy to raise our children at the beach and share this joy with them.

Why they chose this property

Having two small kids we love the convenience of this property having an amazing pool, two private beach accesses, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The convenience of the location is great for us and we love that we can come down for weekends without spending all our time working in the yard. We love the well maintained property and ability to actually come, relax and feel like we are truly on vacation.
