This beautifully decorated home is located in a highly desirable area on the southern pointe section of the island, and only two blocks from the beach - with direct access. It’s an easy 2-3 minute walk to the surf and sand at Beach Access 28, and close to the bike and running trail and tennis/pickleball courts, and across from Whaley's Restaurant. Internet, WI-FI, and Cable TV are all included.

A great home for a fun-filled family vacation on Edisto. This property has a very large covered porch full of rocking chairs . You enter the front door into the great room with the living, dining, and kitchen together in the center of the home under high vaulted ceilings, and on hardwood floors - this area includes several sofas, a big screen TV, a large handmade farm table for dining, an island with stools, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.

There is a screen porch at the back of the house with a table and chairs for outside dining. Open deck areas are on both sides of the screened porch, and off of two bedrooms - several Adirondack chairs are on each deck .

There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the great room. The dual master bedrooms on the left includes one with a King, and the other has a queen - both carpeted, both have a TV, and each with a private bath (tub/shower combo). The back bedroom opens onto a large deck area. The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the home. The front bedroom has 2 double beds, and the back bedroom has 2 triple bunk beds (sleeps 6) - both bedrooms are carpeted. The bunk room opens onto the other back deck. Both of these bedrooms have a TV. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on this side of the house in the hall between the two bedrooms.

The laundry is off of the hallway across from the bathroom, and includes a new washer and dryer.

There is a large enclosed outside shower available with both hot and cold water, and a seating area under the house, including two round tables and a picnic table - plenty of seating. Stringed lights hang above the back section for sitting out after dark. A hanging swing is also located underneath for relaxing. We have a charcoal grill available for your use.

The back yard is private with beautiful live oaks. It isn't uncommon to see deer and wildlife browsing in the yard. There are several outdoor games available including a ping pong table underneath the house, and horseshoes.

There are two drives in the front of the home with the ability to drive and park underneath the house. It will accommodate approximately 6-8 cars.

Please note that we provide bed linens and pillows, but we do not provide bath towels or wash cloths.

June through August is for 7 night minimum rental only, and check in/out must occur on Saturday or Sunday.
