Come, relax, and soak up the sun at our beautiful, inviting beach home. Located directly on Palmetto Blvd, our home is just steps to the beach... beach access across the street. Convenient to shops, restaurants, and recreation. This four bedroom, two bath home sleeps 10 comfortably; there is a pull out sofa bed for two additional guests. Updated furnishings and mattresses! Kitchen is fully equipped. Expansive deck in front is great for sunning, grilling, or just enjoying the beach/ocean views. Lots of space to hang out underneath the home as well. All linens and towels are provided. There is also a private outside shower with hot/cold water. Xfinity Internet, Cable, and WiFi.

July 4th Family Fun

We had a great stay ! Grandparents, kids and our 1st grandbaby gathered together for the 4th of July!Easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Awesome!!!

Nice family stay.

Great setup for relatively large group as BRs spaced to allow privacy when needed. Well stocked kitchen. Nice view of the beach and very close to public access.

603 Palmetto Blvd

Great location. Access to beach excellent. Outdoor shower. Hose to wash off all sand before going in which kept sand off the floors! We enjoyed our stay but several things were quite irritating. Hot water is a big problem. Took 3 days to figure washing machine was reversed so cold was hot which used up the hot water. Only one bathroom had hot water. 2nd bathroom had hotter water. No baking dishes & cookware is awful. Took my own omelet pan but had to buy a pot at thrift store. I cook everyday so this was frustrating. Saw on earlier review about cookware but figured owner updated but no. Comfortable furniture but we did not like the beds. Too high up, you need a foot stool. Seriously. All in all the location and access to beach out weighed the few problems except hot water problem. We love Edisto and just know this is a great place but ILike a screened porch and this house doesn’t have one.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We go to the beach every year and we love Edisto. The house was perfect for my parents and my family. Just across the street from the beach and you can see the ocean from the front porch. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were available. The only hiccup, which I find with most beach houses, is the lack of cookwear that is provided. Other than that, it was very nice and comfortable.

All the above some damaged, stained, soiled and limited availability. Needs attention. Otherwise nice stay.

Impressions

Back door storm door needs a closing actuator. Bathrooms are good. However shower actuators are weak. Won't close off all the way. Some appliances could be updated. Overall a nice place with in a very good location.

perfect location

House is convenient and easy access for beach. Two beds are VERY high off ground. Sliding glass door is hard to open from outside/missing handle.(hard for little people) Single beds were not comfortable but big bed was. The doors stick if you have light sleepers. Kitchen needs major overhaul. Bring pots and a pan with you. Grill needs to be replaced. Cannot regulate flame and parts are broken. Bring a grill. Would stay here again.

Wonderful!

The house had some minor issues that could be addressed: doors sticking, bugs, hot/cold water lines switched in washing machine, etc. But you could tell the house is slowly being updated and looked very nice. It was also clean. The proximity to the beach and views from the deck were amazing! We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again!

Great location, House was very clean. Loved the swing under house. We had a great time. Need to replace mattress in all bed rooms and the furniture in living room has seen better days. Overall a great stay

Great place to relax

It was our first time in Edisto and we had a great time. The house is just across the road from the beach. View from the deck is lovely - we had fun watching the pelicans hunt and dive in the ocean.
