Breathtaking newly remodeled 3 story architectural beachside villa on sandy Las Flores beach, with approximately 50 ft of beach frontage. Enjoy watching the dolphins play while waves gently roll over natural rocks peeking out of the water, adding to the beauty of the Malibu coastline. The home located on PCH has 4 bedrooms/ 4 baths, plus private downstairs guest quarters or studio complete with kitchen and bath, leading out to large deck.

The main house boasts spacious entertaining areas, 5 decks with panoramic ocean views. Private foyer entrance leads to ocean facing open floor plan. Living area has floor to ceiling walls of glass, a 75” tv with upgraded speakers and built in Sonos surround sound. An outdoor dining area with seating for 8, an indoor dining area with seating for 10. Gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances and a Bulthaup island, plus a large office with custom built-in desk and daybed. Custom white oak and tile floors. Electric shades, and drapes throughout.

The top level offers a generous ocean view owners suite with floor to ceiling windows, large walk in closet, en- suite bathroom with custom soaking tub, and private patio perched above the water. Guest room #1 is oceanfront with spacious private patio to enjoy the morning sun. Two additional guest room to accommodate your guests.

The lower level has a massive beach level deck with sitting area, al fresco dining and entertaining area. This private studio has fully functioning kitchen for beachside snack. Kayaks, ocean boards and beach games are included. Outdoor showers to use after a day at the beach.

Wonderful family vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. I was really impressed with all the little things that were available not to mention the high end necessities. The downstairs Accommodations were perfect for the younger adults. The host, Kevin, was the greatest. I highly recommend this location for the most pristine beach vacation!!!

Incredible stay!

We had such an amazing time and this house was everything we could dreamt of and more! Kevin, the host was fantastic and the whole checkin and check out process was incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this place! And yes… we did see dolphins every single day! :)

Beautiful View!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. Being right on the water allowed for great views of the sunset and ocean views that greet you from the moment you walk in. The property is well maintained and the owner is very responsive when we had questions or needs during our stay. Definitely a 10/10!

Incredible Stay

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters graduation from Pepperdine. This property is amazing! We loved everything about it. Especially all of the dolphins playing in the surf and the whales with their babies so up close! Thank you Kevin for your kindness and wonderful communication! We had the BEST time!

Malibu Views for Days

Great layout for a group who know each other. Main floor allows open entertaining/community. Great office/WiFi. The side balcony leads to outdoor stairs/separate basement unit almost sea level. Images accurate except Master which has the wall between the bedroom and bathroom removed for 'studio' living/views; guest bath remodeled too. Our experience: Basement unit's wall-mounted a/c doesn't produce enough cool air to combat the humidity of beachfront living (but Nest in main house is great). TV added in basement didn't work despite trouble-shooting. Unit's queen and twin in a loft area. The curtain to the lower deck doesn't span the entire length of the windows, so there's a window that remains uncovered (but sunrise didn't wake us). The 2 king Guest Rooms (#1 & #2) share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The Queen room (#3) has a bathroom outside at top of stairs and didn't get breeze but at this time (late July) wasn't problematic. All rooms can hear some PCH traffic (obviously). The house was clean with some high end updates. Cooking was easy, with all necessary equipment, but suggest dish towels, a coffee grinder, and a few extra paper goods to match # guests/nights (ran out of TP quickly). Check-in/out super easy w/extended hours (thanks Kev!) Malibu note: There are no walking paths other than beach (~20" north) and tide comes up (~7pm) covering sand. You need a car to get anywhere else. Mostly locals which we liked. Dogs off leash and bees on sand (watch for poo/stingers)!

Beautiful property and beautiful venue but…..

Overall-3.8 The good-The property & the location is beautiful. It sits right on the ocean and it has lots of windows to see out and appreciate the view. The property is very large & can accommodate quite a few people. Most of the bedrooms had black out curtains which was very nice. Unlike most properties, where only the master suite is spacious, this property had large rooms throughout. The host-was accommodating and helpful on some items and not attentive on others. Part of this might have been due to 4th of July weekend. But the night before our check out, he texted us that we needed to leave by 10 AM. Our rental contract and the VRBO listing, stated that checkout time was 11 AM. I told him that the listing stated that the check out was 11 AM and he still responded that he could not accommodate us for a “late checkout”. Don’t advertise check out at 11 AM and then bully your tenants to leave at 10am. Very bad last impression. The bad-master bedroom had a huge window without black out curtains. If you like sun coming through the windows in the morning, then you’ll appreciate the master suite. For those of us who want to wake up to a darkened room and want to sleep in, this was a huge problem. I did contact the host, and he did bring a curtain & rod but a lot of light still came through. The bad-a/c-The system had two very huge issues. The first is that the whole bottom suite/floor, the AC did not work at all. I contacted the host on Saturday, July 3 and we were staying till Saturday, July 10. He sent an electrician on July 7 to look at it. It was not fixed by the time we left on July 10. My family who was staying on the lower level, left early due to the humidity and mugginess of the room and lack of ventilation in the bottom suite. This was sad. A/c-The next problem was that even though the AC worked very well on two of the floors, the thermostat was a nest unit. Even though we would set the nest to 72°, it would automatically adjust to 78° constantly. So at night when we lowered the thermostat to cool it off so we could sleep, it wouldn’t matter cause I would constantly adjust to 78°. So unless you’re willing to wake up every 30 minutes and set it back to a lower temperature, the AC wasn’t very usable. The bad-when we arrived there was massive amounts of sand, dirt & cobwebs on the decks that hadn’t been cleaned off in a while. Host did offer to come clean but was inconvenient. We would return. Awesome!

Lots of room for all 10 of us in our extended family to spread out, and to celebrate my daughter's USC graduation! Water too cold to swim right now, but terrific location on the beach!

Amazing Property

Kevin was amazing to work with, super fast with communications and was able to address a few things almost immediately. The property itself was absolutely stunning. The private downstairs suite was a winner for one of the couples that was staying with us. Everything in the main house was top notch. And when it says beach access, it REALLY means beach access. You are literally on the sand after going down 15 steps of stairs. The booking experience was extremely easy, and once again, Kevin shone here as well. He was very flexible with our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay. My wife and I are already thinking about booking this property again next year. Kevin, to you directly: THANK YOU! For everything you did for us, the quick communications, the flexibility for answering so many of our questions. You really made us feel welcome as if it was our second home. Thank you again!

Best views in Malibu

We had the perfect holiday with 3 generations at this amazing home. We kayaked, walked on the beach, hunted for seashells, saw live sand dollars, watched dolphins and pelicans, and hiked. We walked to Duke's and ate the best calamari I've ever eaten. The home was very clean. Every bedroom had a view. You can watch the sunrise & sunset over brilliant blue water. There was enough parking for 4 SUVs. Everything about our stay was first class! If you are doordash-ing, we loved the lasagna & Magical AF pizza from Dagwoods.

Close, relaxing view of private Malibu beach.

Property is very clean and spacious. Not only do you have an amazing view, but you can sit down and relax and still enjoy the view. Kitchen, dining and living area are all open with clear line of sight to the beach, rocks and water.

Perfect Beach Property!

Everything about this house was awesome. The property manager, Kevin, was extremely helpful in getting the house ready for our arrival. The house was stocked with everything we asked for and was also very clean. Kevin also helped arrange for babysitting and a private chef for our 4th of July bbq. The house itself sits right on the beach, the pictures are accurate! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. The beach directly under the house is a bit rocky but a short walk down the beach provides a perfect spot for swimming or boarding. The house is located a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores. Malibu pier is just 2.5 miles north of the house. This was our first VRBO and the rental process worked as advertised. We will rent this house again! Thanks for taking such great care of us Kevin

Overall, we had a great stay. The home is just as it is pictured with big views and easy access to the water. At night you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. Kevin, the manager, was always available to answer any questions. The whole experience was very turnkey, easy and relaxing. I would not hesitate to go back!

An absolutely beautiful house in a magical location!

The owners of the house are very attentive and even left homemade cookies for us upon arrival! Our whole vacation was awesome and this house was a big part of why- it’s right on the beach with amazing views- there are a number of decks to just sit out and enjoy the ocean and beach air. We saw dolphins and sea lions go by most days and took lots of walks on the beach- if this house is available, you will definitely enjoy your time there!
