This is one of the most amazing homes I’ve ever stayed in using VRBO. It is extremely organized and spotless. You have everything you need and more! The beds are comfortable with nice linens and the living area is large. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, and spacious. The walk to the beach is very short.I will return to this amazing home. The host are spectacular!

A great beach getaway any time of year!

This place is the perfect choice for a beach getaway. The owners have created such a beautiful space, and truly thought of everything. There was nothing we needed that wasn't easily found in this well appointed and fully stocked home. You are just a block from the beach and boardwalk, close to convenience stores, food and a movie theater, with the famous AC jitney just a couple blocks away. We had a great, relaxing weekend away with friends. Would definitely come back!

The Vassar Home was as beautiful and exactly as advertised. I greatly appreciate how responsive and caring Debbie and Jared were throughout the entire experience. They were very responsive to every question or concern we had and ensured we had everything needed for our stay. The home was very clean, well stocked, and prepared with all of the essentials needed for our stay. Upon departure, we unintentionally left a few personal items which were expeditiously returned at a very reasonably low cost. Cheer Competition weekend

Probably the best VRBO we have ever had. Property was clean, updated and fully stocked with every possible thing you would need, or want! Plenty of room for 3 active kids and 5 adults. We never felt like we were getting in each other’s way. Everything about this home is done right, quality furnishings, beds were comfortable and appliances updated. For cold February nights, the house was toasty. Off street parking for two cars and an easy walk to the beach. Nothing really to add for suggestions to improve. Highly recommend this home! Owners were attentive and welcoming! Skip the hotel if traveling for cheer…rent this amazing house, you will not be sorry!!!

Wonderful family friendly home for a stay in Ventnor

We had a wonderful experience with this home hosted by Debbie & Jared. The house was immaculate, and if anything, is nicer in person than even in the photos.The hosts furnished the house with everything you might need - pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, soap/shampoo, kitchenware (pots, pans, kid-safe cups, glassware, Keurig, complete with pizza cutter and salad spinner and more!). There were board games and books, too!The deck off the master bedroom and lounge upstairs was also a nice refuge.Charging stations at the desks and by each bedside were also a great touch.Best of all, the hosts prepared a lovely informative book about the area along with a welcome basket! They were super communicative throughout but not at all intrusive. And they took care of the laundry and have a valet for moving the trash to the curb!Parking in the driveway for 2 cars along with two parking passes for street parking. And beach passes as well along with plenty of towels and beach chairs.Location-wise, you’re near several local restaurants and about a block and a half from the Ventnor beach.Loved the house and the hosts were amazing! Highly recommend this place for a large family/friends get-together!

The house is beautiful and had ample room for our party for the 40th birthday celebration. It was as advertised and location is very close to the boardwalk as well as various food options. Cozy, neat, and warm house that you need

My family and friends were there for an Ironman race at the weekend of 9/10/2022. We were searching a house close by so that we could have a good rest, cook some food for energy and recovery. We found the house was in a good location, with all we wanted. During the communication, Debbie and Jared were very friendly and helpful. I booked the house after full review and smooth communications. Before the checkin date, Debbie and Jared provided us all necessary information for house. When we arrived the house, all information was exactly the same as we were told. We felt so familiar with the house. All appliances and facilities are in good shape. Debbie and Jared even generously provided some snacks and beverages. We felt so comfortable there. The night before checkout, Debbie and Jared provided a checklist so that we know what we should do. It is my first time to book a house at Vrbo, and it was such a pleasant journey to stay in Debbie and Jared house. A total worry- free experience. I definitely will come back when I visit Atlanta city next time.

Family vacation!

Our family spend a few days at the shore and had a fabulous time! The house was so clean and well organized, everything was meticulously labeled so no guesswork was needed. Basically bring your clothes and groceries because everything else was provided. Plenty of space for our whole family and the dog. The second floor deck is great as well. All in all a wonderful house.

Amazing beach house!

The Vassar Beach House is both luxurious and welcoming! It is wonderfully decorated with comfortable furniture, so many amenities, and beach vibes. The kitchen has everything a chef would need and more. Debbie and Jared's attention to detail is just impeccable! Having the two parking spots in the driveway (in addition to two street parking passes) was so appreciated. The beach and boardwalk are less than 2 blocks away.
