Enjoy all that Coronado has to offer in this newly remodeled 15th floor unit with all new paint, carpet and furniture. Steps to the beach, as well as four private pools overlooking the ocean. Tennis courts, a great gym with sauna, and a clubhouse with bar overlooking the ocean.
Unit has just been painted in modern, soft hues that remind you constantly of where you are. New carpet installed in the bedroom. Automatic motorized shades in living room and bedroom, including shade screen and blackout screens in the bedroom. Bedroom set from Brazil, brand new soft cloth sofa sleeper from American Leather brand (made in Texas) can accommodate two more guests in a queen pullout bed. Sony LCD televisions in bedroom and living room. WiFi.
Sleeps 2 in King bed in bedroom (Beautyrest Platinum mattress), 2 in premium American Leather queen sofa sleeper.
In unit, brand new, just installed Bosch washer and dryer, made in Germany.
Includes one assigned parking spot.
A very short walk to the Hotel Del Coronado and the heart of the Coronado Village filled with great shopping and dining destinations. Everything from casual to fine dining is a short walk.
