Heart of Coronado Village

Built in 2012, two bedroom two full bath townhome in building of three total townhomes. It is 1200 sq. ft wit laundry, three decks including large rooftop deck with grill and tropical seating Roof top deck is private and view of fireworks of downtown San Diego and the Hotel Del Coronado. It is a stones throw to Village Theater as well as Vons grocery store. It is six blocks to the beach and Hotel Del.

Coronado is a walking beach community with a Real community family feel. Coronado Beach was ranked #1 in the world last year and rates as the number one family beach! The townhome feels like your are outside with the three decks and the freedom of the large rooftop deck.
