Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental that sleeps 8. Flat screen tv's in bedrooms and living area. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa with comfy gel foam mattress and new furniture, kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and granite countertop. Table seating for 8 in dining area, new barstools at breakfast bar area. Extended vanity, new tiled walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Private balcony offers dining seating for 4 and sunbathing lounger. Balcony closet to store your sandy ice chests, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool toys. Breathtaking Gulf front views
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great Beach Destination

Overall it was a nice place to stay for beach vacation. It was located on first floor so beach and pool access was easy as well as access to parking. The water pressure was terrible and the front door lock was falling off. Those were the only 2 negatives I dealt with.

Decompress after trip to a Universal on way home to Dallas

Rental property was great for 4 of us 2 adults 2 teenagers. Nice First level unit with view of pool and Gulf. Was surprised wasnt louder considering on the 1st floor. Unit was equipped with all we needed to would say showers ready for an upgrade but overall very nice clean quiet unit.
