We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo!
This direct Gulf front condo is high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises.
This two bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls, granite, new linens, and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a convertible queen size sleeper sofa.
The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.
Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.
Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.

Our family loves to travel to the beach to enjoy Alabama's beautiful white sandy beaches. As a young girl, I remember traveling to Gulf Shores during spring break and the summer. It was always my dream to own a condo on the beach. After all of this time, it has come true. Our children now enjoy playing in the gulf and fishing off of the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the breath taking views from our unit as the sun sets every evening!

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! We love the location because it is located in the center of many attractions in Orange Beach. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach each year. We love relaxing on the beach and eating the delicious fresh seafood. You will also enjoy this perfect location in Orange Beach.
What makes this property unique
It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it located directly across the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner. One of the greatest aspects of this condo is to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front balcony. What a way to spend time with your family and friends!!
