Second floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin size beds. Front porch includes swing and Adirondack chairs. Newly constructed pool house includes additional bathroom equipped with steam shower. Salt water, heated, fiberglass pool is 14'x32'. Large pool area ideal for outdoor grilling, dining and lounging. Also child friendly as spa waterfalls into pool and has mahogany ledge on all sides. (Note: spa is not separately heated). Queen size, pull out sofa is located on the first floor. Home is located on a working farm and vineyard and overlooks 40 acres of open space. 2.7 miles to beach and village. Farm stands, restaurants and coffee shop near by.
