This Hampton's retreat is so close to restaurants, shopping and just a mile and 1/2 to beaches. There is an attached 1br apt* that may be rented separately…Just come out of the city, relax and enjoy...train is just two blocks away! Welcome to Southampton !!☀️🏄‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏖

Just as pictured. Cute place for a girls getaway. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Pam was great and check in was seamless. Short drive to beautiful Cooper's Beach and took the beach chairs and an umbrella for an afternoon.

Stayed here for two nights to attend out of town wedding with family. The house is in a terrific location just three blocks from center of town. A very easy walk to shops and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. The landlord is most accommodating and helpful. This is a charming up to date home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if opportunity presented itself.

My wife and I had a very nice time. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was very nice and helped right away with the one very minor issue that we had. Would definitely love to stay again.

Fantastic location!

Pam was a very accommodating and responsive host. The house was in an amazing location with a short walk to Main Street and short drive to Coopers Beach. It was beautifully maintained and a delight to stay in.

We celebrated my parents 51st anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better home. Pam was great — the home is beautifully decorated and situated in the village. Highly recommend and I will visit again!

The house is in such a great location. It is nicely decorated and well equipped and clean. is a great host. Each bedroom having its own bath is great. We loved the front porch too!! Free shuttle to the beaches was a plus!

It was a cute cottage, nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was very nice. It was close to downtown Southampton so that was great. The owner checked in and was very helpful.

We are both semi-retired from real estate and the antique business which we have both been in for the past 42 yrs.
Having fun in the Hamptons now....with grandkids and family!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property basically because we have always travelled to the Hamptons in the summer and rented out here but never in Southampton..which was always kind of a dream of my husbands.....a deal came along and we jumped on it!..Our children and grandchildren live in Sag
Harbor so it was a great opportunity to be together.
Southampton is the quintessential American beach community and is not only rich in history (oldest town in New York) but is rich in natural beauty.

What makes this property unique

Just soooo close to everything...restaurants, shopping, beach is a mile or so away.... etc.
