This Hampton's retreat is so close to restaurants, shopping and just a mile and 1/2 to beaches. Stayed here for two nights to attend out of town wedding with family. The house is in a terrific location just three blocks from center of town. A very easy walk to shops and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. The landlord is most accommodating and helpful. This is a charming up to date home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if opportunity presented itself.

Amazing Southampton stay

We celebrated my parents 51st anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better home. Pam was great — the home is beautifully decorated and situated in the village. Highly recommend and I will visit again!

This was our first VRBO experience and it couldn’t have been better. Pam the owner was extremely accessible and we had the bonus of getting to meet her on our final day in Southampton. The house is charming, with private front and back yards. Perfect location.

Enjoyable Stay in Southampton

We had a great time in this charming, well-equipped and conveniently located home. Sitting on the front porch with coffee in the morning, convenient shuttle service to the beach, and an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants all made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway. Pam, the owner is a delight - so thoughtful, down to the level of detail of remembering that we were there for my birthday so we arrived to a card and lovely sunflowers. We hope to be back one day!

We are from out of town and had a wedding to attend in Bridgehampton. We decided to rent this cute home because of it's location (which was excellent) and we liked the fact that each of the three bedrooms had it's own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are quite large and comfortable. The third bedroom is considerably smaller but had a queen bed and still fit our needs.A short 8 minute walk puts you right into the town of Southhampton with great shopping and restaurants. Both days we walked to the beach to get exercise. It's a little over 1.5 miles each way. Our host, Pam was very accommodating and responsive. We loved how there were many thoughtful details throughout the house to make her guests feel comfortable. She had a stocked coffee bar area, extra toiletries, hair dryers, multiple irons, equipment for games and activities etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just as pictured. Cute place for a girls getaway. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Pam was great and check in was seamless. Short drive to beautiful Cooper's Beach and took the beach chairs and an umbrella for an afternoon.

Nice Vacation

My wife and I had a very nice time. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was very nice and helped right away with the one very minor issue that we had. Would definitely love to stay again.

Fantastic location!

Great stay!

Pam’s house is beautiful, In a great location, clean, airy and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a half bath on the main level as well. The porch and yard are well maintained and great additional spaces to relax. Pam was so helpful accommodating. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!!

Photos do not do the property justice. We were only at Pam’s property for a couple of days over the 4th July weekend but really didn’t want to leave. It was honestly so perfect and had everything we needed! Everything was super clean, beds so comfy and have no faults whatsoever. Pam was so lovely and helpful. I wish I could fly back and enjoy a week in the property!

We are both semi-retired from real estate and the antique business which we have both been in for the past 42 yrs.
Having fun in the Hamptons now....with grandkids and family!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property basically because we have always travelled to the Hamptons in the summer and rented out here but never in Southampton..which was always kind of a dream of my husbands.....a deal came along and we jumped on it!..Our children and grandchildren live in Sag
Harbor so it was a great opportunity to be together.
Southampton is the quintessential American beach community and is not only rich in history (oldest town in New York) but is rich in natural beauty.
