Welcome to our Cabo Condo Getaway! Our two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo has all the comforts of home…AND its own private 935 sq. foot rooftop terrace with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and amazing views. Inside you will find granite counter-tops, new appliances (including a washer & dryer!), jacuzzi tub in the MBR, and a wrap-around balcony off the master bedroom, family, and dining rooms that offers sweeping views. Security on site.

You can enjoy our BBQ, high speed fiber optic internet (the WiFi works great if you want to work from here!), and flat screen HD TVs...all of which have internet TV for a large variety of channels. The large master bedroom has a king bed, a vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The luxurious guest bedroom features a king bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room is a queen size sleeper in a beautiful sofa, and a full size sleeper bed love seat, with the latter giving you flexibility for 1-2 additional sleeping options.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. And we have easy-to-carry beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a large cooler to make your beach trip perfect! We have a water filtration system to keep your water fresh and safe.

This luxurious penthouse suite is in walking distance to all the hotspots in downtown Cabo: Medano Beach (one of the main swimming beaches – 5 min.), the best restaurants and nightlife )The Office, Mango Deck, SandBar, etc.) (5-10 min.), water activities, entertainment, and shopping. You can even walk to the marina from here! There is no need to rent a vehicle when staying here as everything is within walking distance. If needed, Uber has a large presence in Cabo!

This gated condominium complex has two onsite pools, 24/7 security, and free underground parking. Our property management team offers Concierge Services to help you coordinate anything you need to make your vacation memorable, including dining reservations, babysitting services, and transportation/airport shuttles. We are a short ride to WalMart and Costco for all of your food and drink needs. If you are shopping or looking for other dining, the Cabo Marina with its great restaurants, entertainment, and high-end shops is a short distance away.

Loved our stay

This was a great property! Easy walk to the beach and to the marina. The condo was very clean and the rooftop deck with hot tub was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!

Nice amenities

We really enjoyed the amenities at this property--the grill, blender, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels), automatic ice maker (a first for us at a rental!), hot tub, and loungers on the penthouse deck.; as well as the ground level pools The top deck is a bit noisy with the unmuffled motorcycles and big trucks traveling on the main road nearby. But the fact that this set of condos is located only a couple of blocks from a swimmable beach is great!

Excellent in every way!

We had a great stay in Cabo. This beautiful penthouse has everything you need. Carol was great and provided all the needed information. The penthouse and the property were very clean and quiet. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and tons of attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay if you are looking for walkability to the beach and to the marina! It is centrally located. The beach was less than a 10 min walk and the Marina was just a bit further. The property was very clean and has your own private hot tub! This was great because we stayed as 2 families with young children. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed to cook a nice meal If you are looking for a place in Cabo San Lucas, look no further!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very close to the beach we prefer and is very nicely appointed, safe, and comfortable. When small issues came up, the property manager and owner were both very responsive. The only challenge is that the distance is a little far from some of the restaurants we like, but even that is only a $5 Uber ride away. Thanks for a nice visit!

My husband and I stayed at Paul and Carol’s property for 3 nights and wish we could’ve extended our trip! Rene, their property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. The condo, is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well equipped with kitchen cookware. A short walk to the beach, 15-20 minute walk to the Marina. Highly recommend this place. We hope to be back!

Quiet, Comfortable and Spacious

No complaints what so ever! Property description and photos are accurate except maybe the walking distances are a bit further, mainly because there is a large vacant lot that you have walk around to get back towards downtown. Rooftop is a great feature, but you're not going up there during the day during the hot months.

good location

The place was a 5 minute walk from beach and 15 minute walk to marina and downtown. Beautiful inside and nicely decorated. The only problem was getting any TV. The internet kept buffering on netflix and couldn't get any cable till our last day. we didn't want to spend hours in the room watching TV but when we were there we would have liked it to work. Propery manager very helpful though with it.

Beautiful condo in perfect location!

After looking at multiple properties on various sites, I finally came across this gem! You will not find a better property at this amazing price point. The condo is seemingly brand new with all the modern conveniences you will need (fully equipped kitchen, new TVs, washer/dryer, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, etc). It is also very clean, tastefully decorated, has extremely comfortable beds , and has an amazing, private, rooftop view with hot tub. The walk to beach is a mere 5 minutes away (literally right down the street). The property owner as well as the property manager were easily accessible, extremely accommodating, and quick to respond to any question or need we had. Both the check in and check out process were super easy, not to mention we had a very nice surprise awaiting us when we arrived!! We could not have asked for anything better. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely come back!! You will not be disappointed by booking here! Thanks Paul and Rene for making our stay so great!!

Great location with a few setbacks

We loved the location—it was truly ideal for exploring Los Cabos. However, we did encounter a few issues during our two-week stay that are worth noting. The loveseat in the unit was broken, and unfortunately, the pool closest to our room was closed for renovations the entire time. Additionally, there was a wasp nest on our balcony. At first, it didn’t seem like a big deal, but it ultimately kept us from enjoying the outdoor space.One safety concern to be aware of—especially for families with young children—is the low railings in the exterior and on the balcony. Being on the top floor, the railing height (around 3 feet) felt a bit precarious, so extra caution is advised.Another downside was the pool area losing sunlight early in the day due to the building’s orientation. Once the sun moved to the other side (around 2PM in march) it became way too chilly to swim. Also, the pool rules were difficult with children including being quiet, no music, no splashing, no throwing water toys, etc. My husband is an electrician and noted that the hot tub wiring was dangerous. On positive side, the property was well-maintained and the security team was excellent—very attentive and professional. The location itself was phenomenal, with easy access to the beach. I highly recommend getting day passes to one of the all-inclusive resorts nearby. The food, activities, and overall experience were well worth it and your kids can be as loud as they want in the pool.

An honest and detailed review.

I am an older traveler and handicapped in many ways. This location has an elevator and wonderful covered parking and the grounds are fenced so there is a secure feeling when staying here. As you enter the condo you will be very happy it matches the pictures although I think that a picture cant do it justice. Some people have commented on the road noise and its a busy road, it is actually the access road for everything you will see and do. this makes it very easy to get around the location The Misos are wonderful hosts and provide you with advice on just about everything, we took her advice on the car rental company and no massive hidden fees and no surprises at the end, cant do better than that. The hot tub made the vacation for us it was still chilly out in the evenings and after a couple of dives we would be freezing and so turn out the lights warm up and look at the different skyscape. We were also celebrating an anniversary and our valentines day and it was just lovely and warm and romantic.. And the bed we slept in we actually slept in. Of course there were hiccups our water sanitizer was cracked and for most of our trip we had to work around the work being done, a bit intrusive and a pain but liveable. Would we go back yeah in a heartbeat

Carols condo

Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year’s! Ran out of water on 2 occasions Once in the middle of a shower therefore had to finish rinsing my conditioner out in another unit our kids had rented. After the first week we ran out of basic supplies Toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels Property manager was rude and refused to send some more stating this isn’t a hotel although those items are listed as included. We had to reach out to owner directly to get this resolved and in the meantime had to take a roll of toilet paper from the other unit until more arrived. Went to use outdoor grill and was out of propane. Lounge chairs on rooftop were unusable as they were all ripped. Sat down on love seat and it broke and was held liable even though all I did was sit down like a normal person would sit down on a piece of furniture. After arriving home I was emailed multiple times wanting her 3 towels that were mistakenly left in the other unit. Thankfully I purchased the damaged insurance to cover such incidental's but still was asked to spend my time locating 3 towels . I have stayed in those condominiums multiple times from different owners and have always been very pleased.

Cabo Get-a-wau!

We had a wonderful tyime at the the condo. It was very spacious, clean and had many extras. Our phones only worked after we logged into the internet at the condo so had trouble with the keyless entry. Fortunately our shuttle driver stuck with us until we could drop our bags and then took us to a restaurant.. We walked to many places including the beach restaurants and to the Marina. The highlight was whale watching.. We saw many whales and not too far far from shore. I would stay there again especially now that I know all of the tricks to the TV and condo. The property was well maintained and beautiful.

Wonderful Spacious Condo with 20 Min Walk to Marina District

This was my first visit to Cabo and I had a great time at this Condo. Easily larger than a hotel suite with 1200 square feet, comfortably decorated with lots of outdoor space and large TVs. I especially enjoyed for rooftop patio with the hot tub -- hard to beat the 270 degree view from mountains to gulf! Everything I needed to prepare meals was provided in the well equipped and efficient kitchen. I walked to the marina everyday -- a relatively easy 20-25 minute stroll and I also walked to the ocean which took an additional 20 minutes or so from the Land's End side of the marina. Unless you want to stay right on the Pacific Ocean or the Marina, I highly recommend you consider this as a great, reasonably priced option. Insider Tip: You can take a short Uber to Costco for $6USD each way. A fun little adventure with all the usual great buys including liquor. A brought back some steaks and grilled them on the provided gas grill -- perfect for the night I stayed in for dinner. Thanks Carol for making my first trip to Cabo a great one -- I will be back!

Cabo Vacation

My wife and I visited Cabo for the first time and stayed in Carol's condo for a week. We are avid walkers and spent a lot of time around the marina. the one mile walk each way was not difficult for us and the condo was everything the pictures and description stated it would be. The property manager was there to meet us and help us get acclimated to Cabo. Carol answered all questions leading up to our visit. We will visit Cabo again and would be very happy to stay in the same condo. The beach was close and the rooftop hot tub was excellent.

Great family trip!

Carol was awesome to work with, very quick replies. The condo was great, loved the extra outdoor living space with two decks. Very convenient to beach and marina. We hope to make another trip down again and would stay at this condo again if it is available.

Beautiful condo and views near main traffic intersection

My husband and I spent 7 weeks here between January and February 2021. The condo was beautiful and easy to get to everything. We walked to either Walmart, the beach, the Marina or downtown daily. Even hiked to Costco once. Everything in the condo is as it appears in the photos. Absolutely stunning. You are able to see the beach and ocean and everything in the area thanks to the upper deck view on the sixth floor rooms where we stayed. The only downfall was the traffic got annoying at times. You could hear traffic at the main intersection all hours of the day. One motorcycle was particularly loud and drove by Monday through Saturday at 4:40 AM. you can also hear a lot of trucks and air brakes. Also, We were not able to watch regular TV because of connection reasons but thankfully we were able to access our Netflix account. All in all a very beautiful unit, spacious with top quality appliances, cabinets, etc. Hope to return for a longer stay next year!

The owners and manager are great to deal with. The condo is clean and well appointed.

The beach chairs and umbrellas are a great bonus. Good supplies in condo and great to have hot tub and BBQ. Condo is very nice with 2 terraces. Only negatives are the road noise as you are at junction of 2 busy streets, soccer field lights and views of ocean can only be seen in one corner of deck.

Very nice experience.

Our ten day stay was wonderful, all of our expectations were met! We were welcomed to the condo with food and drinks that were awesome! Our condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and provided all the necessities of comfort! The beach and the marina were only a short walk away. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Because of the location, close to everything, we did experience a lot of night noise (ear plugs came in very handy). Very beautiful property and Rene was very accommodating!!

All the comforts of home

The condo is lovely and literally has everything you need. I've rented from VRBO before and the Misso's go above and beyond in what they provide. The property is close to the marina and beach and there are nice restaurants within walking distance. Rene, the property manager, was awesome. He was very helpful and responsive.
