Bring your boat, jet ski, paddle board, fishing pole.... Kayak up river, through the marsh, or to the Beach!

Fully applianced granite Kitchen with sliders to expansive deck, Fireplaced Livingroom, Sunny Den with Futon, and 1/2 Bath with laundry on first floor.
The second floor features a huge Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and private Bath, guest room with Queen Bed, bunk room with 3 Twin Beds and another full Bath. Hardwood floors throughout.
The 3rd floor bonus room is great for hanging out, it has awesome views over the river, marsh and Nantucket Sound.
Short walk to the Beach, Ice Cream Place and Skippers Restaurant.
In the evening, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck to watch the most incredible sunsets!
Enjoy the warm sunny days and the cool ocean breezes at night!
