Large sliding glass doors from Master bedroom opening to large balcony with spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Master bedroom and guest bedroom each has its own bathroom. Kitchen with eat-in area, granite counter top, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV (Comcast Xfinity). Our short stay was a gem!

The property was lovely and clean. There is a perfect deck off the back with Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the ocean. So lovely for my morning coffee and evening wine. The owner was nice and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Heavenly getaway

This was the perfect few-day getaway. The photos are accurate; the condo and location are stellar. The ocean is literally steps away. The condo was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable, and Yiping was the perfect host. I hope to return to this lovely spot. For me, the past few days, it was my oasis!

Wonderful Stay

The owner made sure that all was very welcoming. The condo was gorgeous--right on the ocean. It was located at the end of the building which allowed constant views and sounds of the ocean. The main suite had glasss doors and a balcony porch with the ocean made a morning meditation and cup of coffee wonderful. The gas fireplace was perfect for the colder evenings. My family and I had the perfect stay. We will be returning!!

Water Views!

We enjoyed our vacation at this property! We were steps from the beach which we enjoyed everyday. Yiping was very responsive and communicative. The space was very clean and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We really enjoyed the small deck off the master bedroom for coffee everymorning. What a great way to start the day.

Excellent Stay

Yiping did a great job communicating with us about check in and following up the next day. He was understanding about a small issue that came up and it was worked out easily. The deck off of the master was fabulous. From there we enjoyed the beautiful view from the comfy Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed the private beach and found some great restaurants in the area. It suited our family well. Thanks for a great stay.

The Nantucket Sound

Beautiful and peaceful view of the Nantucket Sound. Owner was very kind, helpful and organized with his management of the property. Condo was very well kept. Only suggestion may be to install an oven, as only a cooktop and microwave were provided to prepare food. All in all, was a very enjoyable place to stay.

Nice condo , nice location just no where in the description is mentioned that the bedroom single beds is actually a bunk bed which makes a little bit uncomfortable for my 15 years old 6f son.

Nice beachfront location

We enjoyed this waterfront condo very much. It was a super convenient location, and perfect beachfront access. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was the best one in the complex as it faced the ocean. The only recommendation I would make the sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and could use replacement. Not so important if you are spending most of your time outside, as I would expect in season. But since we were there in the winter we really enjoyed turning on the fireplace...but would have enjoyed it relaxing by the fireplace better if the sofa was comfortable.

Beautiful ocean view

We had a fantastic stay at this property. My husband and I needed a reprieve from life and this was just what we needed. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular! It’s a great location to lots of amenities. Bed was comfortable which is not always the case in rentals. Everything was clean and inviting. Yiping was super responsive and easy to deal with. I didn’t cook in the kitchen so I’m unsure of how well stocked the kitchen is. The space is a little smaller then then we expected but cosy. My biggest complaint is the couch, OMG it’s the worst couch ever. The couch cushions don’t stay put and your constantly putting them back in place. Other then that we were very happy!

Dennis Port 2 bedroom condo

The good: communication between owner, prompt replies & remedies, check in / out process was contactless & accommodating. Ample parking. Included beach chairs. Nice location (across a grassy yard, steps, to the beach). The water pressure, the AC cooled very well, the bathrooms and washer/dryer were great. Quiet location. Towels were great quality. The deck & 2 chairs were lovely to sit at. It was overall clean. The 'not great, but okay': Bedrooms were good size but the beds were hard as a rock (some people like very firm mattresses). The furniture was fine, but was all mismatched and reminded me of my poor college days. The kitchen was more of a kitchenette, no oven or ice maker, but had a couple burners, a microwave & fridge. It wasn't stocked well for cooking, no measuring cups or Tupperware, & all the dishes, etc were mismatched yard sale quality, and the sink didn't drain well. There were 2 closets with a few wire hangers, but no doors. The bad: the hotel style wall AC units were very dirty and smelled awful when turned on. Old area rugs need deep cleaned. Pillows were so poor/flat you needed to stack 4 to get one pretty bad pillow. The was no dresser in one bedroom, we had to make our beds and there were no blankets, only a smelly old comforter which needed to be washed before use. No room darkening blinds/shades, so expect 5 am sunshine. No toiletries, just previous guests' leftovers. This place could be amazing with some TLC & new furnishings!

Not as pictured

The pictures misrepresent closeness to the beach and there's no way anyone would see the sunrise or sunset from this property. The kitchen and cooking utensils weren't satisfactory, and we bought a can opener rather than use the rusty one supplied (a health hazzard). The microwave was dirty and the control panel didn’t light up so using it was problematic. There weren't enough plates, bowls or cutlery. The windows to the west were very dirty. The under-counter cupboard was quite distasteful with used sponges and used rubber gloves, etc. Black plastic and metal chairs are badly worn. Heavy, inappropriate furniture makes the smaller bedroom an impossible fit for four, and the en suite bathroom's pop-up plug just didn’t work. The glass shelf above the sink sloped so badly that it was useless. For some reason, the closet doors have been removed. There are absolutely no towel rails in the larger en suite, and good luck getting the TV to work. The landlord tells me that all complaints have been addressed, but I very much doubt it. Not worth what we paid.

Cape Cod girls trip 2025! Great little condo! Clean & the end unit! Ocean view from our deck & kitchen! Private beach was fantastic! Yiping Ding was great he checked in with us at arrival & departure, very nice man! We felt very safe in this area and no one touched our beach stuff which we left outside our door. The condo was very well equipped. I highly recommend this rental!
