In a relaxing and shaded setting, rent a charming, fully furnished shed, as well as two independent bedrooms (one with a walk-in shower).
This shed is made up of a swimming pool, a spa, a fitted gym, a large garden with terrace in the shade of its hundred-year-old lime tree, equipped kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, barbecue, plancha, cable TV (Canal + / Satellite channel), Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
All 10 minutes from a village full of history and historic monuments, punctuated by Provencal markets and various summer and cultural events.

Yves is a very nice and attentive host. The accommodation is rustic and the interior rooms are relatively small, but we knew that beforehand and spent 90% of our time outside. Netter Gastgeber, hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Lage etwas ab vom Schuss, aber mit Auto alles machbar, z.b. Marseille, Monaco, Avignon, wenn auch zeitintensiv. Objekt ist schön mit dem Garten und den drei Häusern, aber Mobilar und Technik sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Glashaus mit den Metall-Fensterrahmen wird sehr heiss im Sommer. Highlight ist unbestritten der Whirlpool und Pool, Pool aber etwas kühl. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Très Bel endroit

Les extérieurs sont vraiment magnifique et reposant, la description des lieux est correct mais l’intérieur de la location mériterait un coup de rénovation surtout dans le cabanon au niveau de la literie. La piscine n’est pas chauffée et ne se ferme plus et cela devrait être mentionné. Nous avons passé de belles vacances et nous remercions les propriétaires qui sont très sympathique !

Un havre de paix

Endroit pleins de charme. Au rendez-vous calme et verdure. La piscine, le spa, la mini salle de sport, le coin salon extérieur et le barbecue ont été très appréciés par toute la famille. Superbe région

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le jardin est très agréable, bien entretenu, ombragé et à l'abri des regards. La région est magnifique avec ses charmands villages, ses rivières, ses vignes et ses montagnes. Nous reviendrons! Merci aux propriétaires très gentils

Très bien !

Descriptif de la location très réel - pas déçus par les prestations. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. L'espace extérieur au top. Cabanon idéalement placé pour visiter les alentours. Pernes les Fontaines est de plus un magnifique petit village où il fait bon flâner. Très bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème.

Très belle semaine!

Jean-yves et Hélène nous ont accueilli dans leur cabanon à bras ouverts. Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs exceptionnels de ce lieu. Jardin bien entretenu, piscine agréable et magnifique Tilleul parfait pour les repas et la sieste à l'ombre. Notre prefetence va vers la chambre lavande pour le niveau d' équipements et sa décoration. Merci Jean-yves et Hélène !!!

Superbes vacances

La location est composée d’un cabanon principal avec la cuisine, un petit salon et une chambre attenante, une grande terrasse et un coin salon à l’ombre d’un immense tilleul, bien appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. 1 autre cabanon avec wc et lavabo et un grand lit ainsi qu’un autre derrière la piscine avec salle d’eau et wc, et deux lits simples assez larges collés, décorés avec gout, climatisés tous les 3 et très bonne literie. Grand jardin avec un espace pelouse, de quoi jouer au ballon ou aux raquettes avec les enfants. Propriété au calme. Piscine agréable et le spa attenant à la piscine ou mon grand fils a passé la plus part de son temps était top. Des propriétaires au petit soin et adorables, on a eu l’impression d’arriver dans notre propre famille tellement ils sont accueillants, gentils et prêts à rendre service si besoin. Nous garderons donc de très bons souvenirs de ces deux semaines et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore aux propriétaires !! Bénédicte.

Super séjour à Pernes les Fontaines!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété qui est très fidèlement décrite et illustrée par les photos. L'espace est vaste et au calme... Les équipements complets. Les trois dépendances sont pratiques et agréables. L'ombre du tilleul centenaire est un plus incroyable lors des chaleurs! Parfait pour se reposer, faire des barbecues et se baigner dans la piscine et profiter du spa. Voilà pour la résidence qui est tout simplement parfaite! Et que dire de l'accueil incroyable de M et Mme Le Vourch tout au long du séjour! Leur attention a été formidable du début à la fin, allant même jusqu'à nous faire inviter à découvrir un établissement sympathique de Pernes! Merci à nos hôtes 5 étoiles et tous nos voeux à eux!

Aucune déception ! Ce lieu est encore mieux que ce que laissaient montrer les photos. Un concept d'indépendance pour chaque convive unique. Une chambre dans la maison et les 2 autres dans le jardin complètement indépendantes. Du jamais vu ! Très appréciable. Tout le confort s'allie au charme. Des propriétaires très sympathiques. Rien à redire, séjour à refaire, été comme hivers avec la piscine couverte selon désir. PARFAIT !
