Take a short stroll north and south to the restaurants on or close to the beach and local stores including Santini shopping plaza, grocery store, sports rentals, boat tours and rentals, wildlife sanctuaries, bike and kayak rentals, music and dancing venues, and even a dinner/movie theater. Enjoy frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees from our beach. The trolley stop just across the street will take you around the island to avoid use of car and parking.

Fort Myers Beach has made great progress considering the hurricane which struck in September 2022 with in restoring the retail businesses and lodging. The new outstanding Margaritaville Resort opened in January 2023 as well as many restaurants and stores in Times Square and throughout the island. Located in the south-central portion of the island, this location is a good jumping off point to visit Sanibel & Captiva Islands, Naples, Sarasota, east coast, etc. We are located about 2/3 of the way south on the island where you are away from the hustle and traffic of Times Square on the north end of the island. Tip: Easier year-round access is via the south end of the island.
