Beautiful condo just steps from the Gulf of Mexico
Lovely 2 bedroom condo overlooking a canal near the south end of Fort Myers Beach. This lovely unit features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, in-unit washer/dryer, and a long private lanai perfect for relaxing and watching boats go by. The views of the canal from the oversized balcony are also exquisite for morning sunrises.
This unit has a spacious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and double vanity in the master bathroom. The spare room features two twin beds and a built in office space. Perfect for working remote!
The complex features a communal pool, hot tub, and shuffle board. The association also provides access to pickleball & tennis courts, bocci ball, walking trails, putting greens, and a fishing pier!
Private beach access, right on the gulf is located across Estero Blvd from Bay Beach Lane.
We are located on the south end with easy distance to shopping (Santini Shopping Center), restaurants, and public marinas.
During the peak season it is a 1 month minimum rental, unless previously discussed.
Our condo has available dock rental space, kayak, and jetski rental. Inquire if you're interested in any of those.
