About this property

Beautiful condo just steps from the Gulf of Mexico

Lovely 2 bedroom condo overlooking a canal near the south end of Fort Myers Beach. This lovely unit features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, in-unit washer/dryer, and a long private lanai perfect for relaxing and watching boats go by. The views of the canal from the oversized balcony are also exquisite for morning sunrises.

This unit has a spacious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and double vanity in the master bathroom. The spare room features two twin beds and a built in office space. Perfect for working remote!

The complex features a communal pool, hot tub, and shuffle board. The association also provides access to pickleball & tennis courts, bocci ball, walking trails, putting greens, and a fishing pier!

Private beach access, right on the gulf is located across Estero Blvd from Bay Beach Lane.

We are located on the south end with easy distance to shopping (Santini Shopping Center), restaurants, and public marinas.

During the peak season it is a 1 month minimum rental, unless previously discussed.

Our condo has available dock rental space, kayak, and jetski rental. Inquire if you're interested in any of those.

The two bedroom condo was a perfect size for my wife and me. There were plenty of routes to walk our 4 to 6 miles per day. Having friends and relatives in the neighborhood and area made it especially nice. The Manager responded very quickly to answer questions. We're going back in 2026.

I hate to give this review for fear you may take my vacation window. But, here I go... The condo is a comfortable living area for 2-4 people, which includes a nice view of the boats docked in the canel and a glimpse of the back bay. Great location for walking; as you can start with a 1/2 mile to the beach, or you walk 200 yards to the 2 mile trail on the complex. Condo owners and other renters are very wecoming and very inclusive of their various social events, including early morning exercise in the 86*F pool. Although there is seldom any question or issues, if you need the Host, he is quick to respond.
