Just Beachy is a fantastic 3000 Sq. Ft. home with over 100’ feet of private sand beach on Lake Michigan. This home is located on South Lake Michigan Drive, a 1.5 lane lightly traveled road, just 15 minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay.

Includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living and dining areas perfect for families. Pets welcome (with pet fee). Includes 2 car garage, with plenty of additional parking. Charcoal grill, bicycles, two dog kennels, outdoor dining area.

Bedroom #1- master bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom, daybed with trundle. Private walk out. Two large closets.
Bedroom #2- two queen beds, two large closets.
Bedroom #3- twin over full bunk bed, large closet
Bedroom #4- loft bedroom with two twin beds, full size futon, one half bath, outdoor balcony, television with DVD player.

Open floor plan kitchen and family room with wood burning fireplace, dining space for six, walkout to large deck with lake view.

Large great room, with dining space for up to eight, second kitchen, stairway access to loft bedroom.

Spacious, private outdoor area including large deck with dining table and 8 chairs, basketball hoop, large yard.

Private sand beach with fire pit and plenty of seating. About a wheel-barrow full of firewood is provided to get you started.

Three flat screen televisions with basic spectrum cable package, high speed internet.

Primary renter must be 25 years old.

Perfect location for spending time on the beach with families that have dogs. House has a lot of space to accommodate a big family and goes above pet friendly with providing kennels, toys and food dishes. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful location and lake view. Kids anf adults enjoy the sandy beach. Have stayed before so we knew would have a good time. Lots of sleeping room and space for games on the deck or hoops in backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackwood’s property! The listing was accurate and there was lots of space for our group to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked which we appreciated in comparison to some past places we’ve stayed. The view was gorgeous and the area quiet and peaceful. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

This house is perfect! Great size house, close to the beach. The street has very low traffic. Ted the owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is the best VRBO I’ve rented.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! It was perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for everyone. We loved seeing the lake every morning and our kids could not get enough of the beach! Ted is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!

We had an excellent stay! Communication with the host was very responsive & the house was just as it was shown. There was plenty of space & the in-law suite in the back was the perfect addition to the home. We were there during a winter storm & the plows were there right away to clear the driveway. Overall excellent stay & would definitely recommend staying here & coming back!

We have strong family ties to Door County and for years we talked about owning waterfront property on Lake Michigan. We decided that the time was right and bought our property In the spring of 2018.

What makes this property unique

This house was perfect for us. It is big enough to invite plenty of guests and has a beautiful sand beach. For a waterfront property, it is very quiet and private with a large secluded back yard.
