Beautiful Lake Seminole is excellent for boating, fishing hunting and more. Large mouth bass, crappie, chain pickerel, catfish, striped bass and other species. The Lake is also known for its hunting of water fowl and other game. Sit out on the deck and listen to the wildlife. Enjoy watching vacationers and residents who love and enjoy the sun and water pass by.. this 1792 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, large eat in kitchen with a gas fireplace to sit and relax. This home has a covered parking area for a boat. You are approximately 1.5 miles either direction from boat landings, restaurants etc

The cleaning fee includes the laundering of linens, dusting, vacuuming and basic cleaning services! Excessive cleaning will require an additional fee
We welcome all families! If you are booking for a group there will be a $10 per person per night fee for each traveler over 4 in a group!
If any of the cable boxes are disconnected and not working properly upon departure there will be a $50 fee deducted from security deposit!

Perfect Group Stay

We stayed here during a fishing tournament for my son and had a great time. Debbie and Teresa were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Plenty of parking, big kitchen and living room fit 6 of us just fine.

Cute and Quiet

The house was really nice and cozy. The door was a bit of a pain but nothing to make me take away any stars. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved sitting at the picnic table listening to the boats. We couldn't figure out how to get the satellite TV to work but that is alright we enioyed having family time. Will stay again.

I have found a love for managing my own properties for vacation rental. This property is special to us. We wanted to keep it in the family for our children or grandchildren to enjoy for years to come. It gets you close to the water with dirt roads to ride 4 wheelers and a close ride to Big Jim's for breakfast, lunch or dinner and a place to launch your boat for the avid fresh water fisherman. We hope is creates memories for your family and friends as well.

What makes this property unique

This home across the street from beautiful Lake Seminole. Close enough for the avid fisherman, but quiet and relaxing just to be in this area. All the conveniences nearby without having to drive into town.
