Great spot for a ski trip!

We loved it. Was perfect for our steamboat ski trip. Awesome to be right next to the bus stop.

Great remodel

Great remodel on this property. Everything was updated and in great condition. I thought the quality of sheets and towels could have been better. The Rockies location is good. I missed when I booked the unit that it did not have air conditioning which I know better for a 3rd floor unit in July. I thought the cancellation policy the property management company had was over the top compared to other condos I have rented in steamboat, I didn’t need to use it but was surprised none the less. The pool and spa were great but were in need of serious repair. The coping was coming undone and the bottom of the pool hurt our feet. Overall it was a good unit in a building that still needs some more updating.

Nicely updated, spacious and convenient!

We had a great time here! Very nice condo! It has been nicely updated, spacious with nice area to hang out in living room and around kitchen table. Parking was convenient and never too packed, easy to find a spot. Hot tub was nice and big, sometimes busy but everyone else was very friendly. We had 2 toddlers that were very interested in the stairs that were right by the living room, would have been nice to have a baby gate. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, but bring everything you need for cooking as there are no basics like oil or spray. We would definitely stay again, very convenient location!! Easy very short walk to get to bus stop that takes you right to ski hill.

Great Condo for two families

This condo was great for two families. Two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft area upstairs with own bathroom. There was enough room for 8 to fit comfortably during our stay. Good view of mountain. Bus comes by every twenty minutes to take to base. Easy arrival and departure! Would stay again!
