The first floor of the home includes the main living room, kitchen, a large dining table, one bedroom with a TV, a full bath, and the laundry room. A charcoal grill is located on the back porch. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (including the master suite) and another full bath. Two bedrooms upstairs include TVs and access to the balcony with outdoor seating.
Guests have complete access to the home including the washer & dryer and a charcoal grill. There are a few board games located on the TV stand in the living room.

Located in historic Lincolnville within one mile of just about everything Downtown St. Augustine has to offer! Stop by the Blue Hen Cafe for breakfast or lunch (located directly across the street from the home) or walk a few blocks north for dinner at Preserved. After dinner, head over to Ice Plant for cocktails. The gentrification of Lincolnville has created a community of amazing restaurants away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist district. A stay at Peaceful Porch puts you right in the heart of the city but far enough away from the downtown traffic.
Park at the home upon arrival and walk, uber or pedicab anywhere in the city for the duration of your stay!
Up to two cars can fit in the driveway at the back of the house (there is an empty lot next to the home for overflow parking if needed). Use the back door keypad for easy access to the home.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
