This lovely Lido Beach Villa will delight you with its contemporary charm and pristine interior. This beautiful villa features an open floor plan with high-end furnishings throughout. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full-size private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a small balcony off the upstairs bedroom that offers outdoor seating with two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking one of the beautiful courtyard fountains. The complex is very small and extremely quiet with a beautiful courtyard containing two fountains. This villa is a strictly non-smoking unit.

With a maximum occupancy of 4 people, this exquisite villa offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. Ideally located, it's a mere 3 minute walk down the street to Lido Beach. In addition, it's a short walk to St. Armand's circle, renown for its restaurants, shopping, and live music. It's the perfect location to relax and enjoy the best of what Florida has to offer.

Lido Key Monthly Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, stylish and comfortable villa. The place was well equipped and met all our expectations. The hostess was attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the beach & town. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This lovely condo is the perfect distance from the beach and town. Both are walkable. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in and that is greatly appreciated. No need is overlooked.

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I bought the Lido Beach Retreat Villa because we love the area and the amenities on Lido and how close we are to everything, including the beach. The restaurants are amazing and there are so many cute boutiques and shops. We live full-time on the mainland, but we love getting away to the Island for long weekends. We consider the Villa our second home.

Why they chose this property

Lido Beach Retreat Villa is very quiet and peaceful. It's location is ideal, it's a short walk to the beach and about a 10-15 walk to St. Armand's Circle with it's beautiful boutiques and fabulous restaurants. It's beautifully decorated and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest has departed. Each guest deals directly with the owner, not a property management company.
